Lovely gluten free battered cod and chips

First time here. Great food

Lovely little chippy, lots on the menu to choose from, I had homemade fish cake and chips and it was delicious!

When we visited they were still operating the doorway serving hatch and, although you can still order over the phone, they were also taking orders at the door now too.Great food, large portions. What's not to like?

During covid this has been our go to chip shop. The lovely couple that own it clearly take great pride in cleanliness and for someone who's been worried during covid it's been a relief to get food from somewhere trustworthy and reliable.Food is always delicious and there is so much selection depending on what your in the mood for.What a hidden gem especially if you don't know about it. Definitely come visit if your in the area or live locally I challenge you to find better chips than here.

Outstanding fish and chips,not tried any of the other various dishes but I'm sure they're up to scratch. Plaice and chips highly recommended

Me spam fritter pea fritter and chips absolutely stunning the best pea fritter I had for a long time. He had minced beef and onions pie and chips absolutely stunning very full of meat and veg favour dancing on tongue. Chips very nice crisp but soft centred. Will definitely recommend.

Fantastic so pleased to see you get your portion of chips just right, never had to throw any away , lemon was lovely on fish,and your confidence when I phoned my order through was excellent you never asked for a name , I never saw my sister eat with so much pleasure before.
