Popped in for lunch on a Wednesday, great service with friendly attentive staff.The food came quick & was really tasty.Will be back again soon 😋

Staff are really friendly and polite - waiter who served during last visit was very attentive! I had spaghetti and for dessert the cookie dough. The good thing was the portion sizes weren't overwhelming for me so I didn't walk out of the restaurant keeling over and holding my tummy! :D x

Meals have decreased a lot in quality and quantity.Menu has reduced too. They used to have, for example, calzones before.Was supposed to have 20% discount according to to their website. Was told that because it was Bank Holiday they couldn't do it.No where in the conditions there's a mention to bank holidays or weekends even.

Came here with my wife to celebrate my birthday, as I was sent a voucher for a free main. I ordered the meatballs, and have to say that I was very disappointed with them. As they are dressed up so well on the menu, but aren’t as tasty as the menu makes out! I spoke to the young lady who was looking after us. Who I now know is called Abbey, who listened to my feedback and immediately offered to change my meal. This is what I call FANTASTIC service and she’s a credit to Frankie and Benny’s.

A good place to eat out, food provided is consistently excellent, with a good range of meals. The desserts are also very yummy. The staff arr friendly and welcoming, and the sixties music adds to the ambience.We have been going to this chain of restaurants all over the county and have always had a good experience.

We love Frankie and Benny's. We received a wonderful warm welcome, shown to our table and given time to choose what we wanted. Of the two young ladies who looked after us we think one was a newcomer to the brand with the other mentoring. We've used Frankie and Benny's on numerous occasions in different places. Their standards are unwaveringly high and this example was no exception. Great food, polite, friendly staff. A winner all day long.

Lovely breakfast for my sons birthday meeting his grandmother who came from Bath today. Waitress was lovely very polite and helpful. 3 lovely cooked breakfast and an eggs benedict. Superb coffee to.Lovely atmosphere..if very hot in there today. Grandmother was impressed with the clean toilets aswell!!!!!

Days shopping at Clarke's Village popped in to Frankie's for lunch, firsty they don't start doing lunch until 12 but breakfast is in till then, and Tip ..book when you arrive as they limit numbers due to covid restrictions. So the place is as you would expect American diner, the service was very good bit disappointed about portion size the pizza's are quite small as are the fries, we had a extra portion of mushrooms put on the pizza and you could bearly see them ..they were tiny !!! .. we did feel a bit ripped off to be honest .. needles to say we'll try somewhere else next time.

So sorry but the Burgers were terrible SOLID COMPACT meat which you would but in any low cost supermarket from the freezer. Totally inedibleTGI Fridays and Burger Box make excellent burgers so why can't this chain do the same. The service was good and the restaurant was fine but the burgers let them down . The Manager was very apologetic when we refused to eat them. Worst we have ever had.

Lovely food rubbish WiFi, great helpful staff. Wide choice of well presented dishes all pretty speedy. BBQ Pizza a little short on meat but very tasty. Double bacon burger hearty and filling, Newyork Chicken flavoursome and filling. Nothing was dry or tasteless just well cooked food.
