This is as hands-off dining experience as you can imagine. I'm not sure how the staff is because we had no interaction other than to be seated and to order at the bar. If you had their app, you could eliminate all interaction other than the seating bit by ordering and paying via your phone. The burgers were very nice, served piping hot, but the experience was super hollow. Post Covid dining leaves much to be desired.

Throughly enjoyed our visit today. I wish I’d taken pictures of our burgers because they were absolutely phenomenal!!! Chap who seated us was really approachable and friendly. Poppy served us at the tills and she was helpful with recommendations. And the blonde woman who checked in with us during our meal seemed like she really cared whether the food was right for us! All the rest of the team seemed to enjoy their jobs and work well together. Such a lovely atmosphere, especially considering that it was busy, it didn’t feel like anything was too much to ask! I will be coming back!

Burgers were very good and filling. Only order the mighty if your really hungry! Loss a star because we couldnt get the ordering app to load. Staff were helpful polite friendly and once they had delivered the food left us alone unless we needed them. Well done all.

It's ok. We checked out the Menu, comparing with F&B next door and as Vegetarians, chose GBK.Both have limited Veggie/Vegan options, but we get used to that. Both our Patties were fairly tasty, but both feel apart. Hubby had his in a bun, so it just all fell out. I went naked, which with the slaw and salad, made the dish look very colourful, but again the patty crumbled to pieces and was a little "wet"Service was ok, but nothing outstanding.Don't think we'll both again

Amazing quality food here!! I have never experience such a mouth-watering, juicy burger as I did here. Just being able to choose how you want you want your burger cooked is something you don't find everyday and the fact that its cooked to order is worth the time waiting for it! The food was amazing, the staff are friendly and attentive without being overbearing and i have recommended this place to many and friend and family member so they can experience for themselves. Only thing I'd mention is bring in some more messy burgers like the Loaded as I almost felt like I'd let my primal inner human out whilst eating it!

My brother phoned and asked to book a table for 3pm. He was told there would be plenty of tables and there was no need to book.I attended at that time and the manager told me the restaurant was fully booked all day. It was only a third full. She then said the restaurant was closed. The door was open and there were no closed signs and it was the middle of the day. She then said that we could pop back later. I asked if we could make a booking to ensure we had a table, but she said they don't take bookings. She assured us there would be plenty of tables for walk in customers. This all seemed very odd as she had earlier said the restaurant was fully booked all day. We couldn't eat at any of the other restaurants in Clarks Village for dietary reasons. We were over an hour from home. Our only option was to walk around the shops again, despite already seeing them all.My family, including my disabled mother who was in a wheelchair, visibly pregnant sister-in-law and 4 year old niece revisited and waited outside for 10 mins. The temperature was -3 degrees with windchill. It was one of the coldest days of the year. After the wait, the manager said that none of us were welcome because my brother had earlier complained about the booking mix up. I challenged the manager, pointing out that no one else in our party had complained, but she confirmed that even if my brother didn't eat with us, we were all still unwelcome. The managers tone indicated she was enjoying the experience. This nasty behaviour towards my family was quite upsetting.I am 38 years old and have never been in a situation like this before. It was clear from the start that the manager didn't want to serve us for an unknown reason. We were all dressed smartly. Our children were well behaved. The only issue I can think is that she took the complaint personally and wanted to make us all pay for it. It's worth noting that three of our party were not Caucasians, in case others make similar complaints. My brother made a complaint. The manager in question rather cheekily handled her own complaint, naturally denying any wrong doing. My brother later complained to the head office. An investigation took place and he received an apology and a promise that the manager will be retrained.

Pesto chicken burger was incredible + the onion rings are on another level. Service was fab and all workers were friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Genuinely the best Burgers I have had in my life, second time here today with the other half and was just as good as the first... highly recommended 👌

Whenever visiting Clarke's Village I always find myself going to Gourmet Burger Kitchen. The finishings of this restaurant are so wonderfully charming. Food always comes out piping hot and the staff are wonderful. Sometimes give you a free drink if there's a long wait time!
