Worst bucket I ever had. And they gave me coleslaw in stead of gravy

I fancied a KFC and decided to drive the 12 miles to Frome KFC. I ordered, in-store a 10 piece bargain bucket and a large popcorn chicken. When I got home I realised they had not got the popcorn chicken @ £3.49 a portion, well needless to say I wasn't driving back again. 10 pieces of chicken, 4 lots of fries and a popcorn chicken shouldn't be a challenging order to makeup. Make sure you check your order before leaving!

This is by far the worst KFC that I’ve ever been to. The staff were not responsive, wearing dirty uniforms. The food was terrible, the bun was not toasted, the chips were greasy. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 4pm on a Thursday, every table was dirty. The gents toilet smelt terrible, very dirty, probably not cleaned in weeks. Never again

Used the machine to order. Smelt amazing when we walked in, fresh and clean but once sat down, was slightly dirty, floors etc friendly staff. Missing 2 packs of chips but went and asked and was given with an apology. Food hot, tasted good

Went to Frome KFC,this evening,asked for a bucket with six pieces of chicken and was told they cannot serve any combined meals.sobl said can l buy some chicken and the guy said yes. So l said three pieces of chicken for me and three for my wife, and was told he couldn't do that as it was a combined meal, l said three pieces of chicken and two lots of chips,and told my wife to sit down, they gave me my meal and then my wife ordered the same and they gave hers to her. He said it was a Tuesday and they were low on chicken, but did have frozen chicken that they could not serve,l told him if l was the manager they would not run out of cl

The food gets an average score for taste and flavour, portion sizes have definitely become smaller and it was a case of hunt the mayonnaise in the Fillet Burger.The male member of staff that served us was very friendly, helpful and polite and would have scored 5 stars himself.(We did notice that the uniform being worn by a member of staff looked noticibly grubby though).

Should have driven away not taken the drive through! From the order to immediate drive to next window a female had my order in her hands, thought that was quick. With no engagement she took payment, shoved bag out and slammed window shut, had to get her attention for serviette. Cold dry pathetic chicken and some bones in the bag... She clearly knew no serviettes were needed, placed straight in overflowing bin. Disgrace.

Tiny portion sizes, meal literally had 15 chips, it was cold and awful customer service. Took about 20 minutes to get served with no other customers waiting and then a further 20 minutes to actually get food. Plus they forgot a few items of our but was already home at that point and no point in going back. Worst KFC around

Typical KFC, got the food 1st time and the chicken was cold and bread soggy, took it back ant got a replacement after 20 mins got another lot of food and chicken was cold again lettuce was brown and bread soggy, I honestly wouldn't feed this to my dog, this is such a shame I had to leave this review as sure you can see from my other reviews I'm very easily impressed.STAFF WERE SO RUDE WHEN WE COMPLAINED.Honestly this place is dirty and food was shockingly bad, I always wonder why its always empty but now I know why, the 2.7 average rating speaks for its self.DO NOT VISIT

My partner and I came here for the first time in months.What we got was disappointing the drink we ordered thay didn't have the food we got was not up to much the gravey was cold we to it back in to change it thay cave us more cold gravey.We both nearly fell over as we walked in as the floor was that greasy and not been cleaned bye the look of it.If I was to score out of ten I'd give it -2/4
