McDonald's in Mendip

Used the drive-thru for happy meals - Cold food. Asked for simple request of 2 spoons only got 1. Not given any napkins

The big tasty was ok, sweet chilli chicken wrap was awesome, fries superb,service impeccable

Got order on time. Wash room was clean. All the covid measures were taken. For kids to play, pads with games was available. They really enjoyed it.

Should of just went and got burgers from the kebab shop tbh , far better quality for your €£$

So called in for breakfast at Street Somerset McDonald's. Two drive through order points, no other vehicles there. Pull up and wait, and wait and wait. Another. At turns up at the other order point and gets served straight away. I am just about to reverse and pull into the other order point when a voice, without an apology barks at me what do I want. I place my order and proceed to the payment window, where a unkempt youth again barks out the payment sim and shoves the card machine at me. Now I know some people have a bad day, but when your front face of a business you display a modi-come of customer service. So, due to his abrupt attitude, I asked why he took so long to take my order and why another vehicle had been served before, even though I had been waiting for some time before that vehicle arrived. The answer, he only wanted a coffee, amazed me considering he could foretell them order, I wounded why the other car even stopped at the order point. McDonalds, try teaching your wet behind the ears, spotty faced youth how to be the front face of the business and customer service skills suck as good morning/afternoon/evening, sorry you had to wait, please and thank you if that’s where you are going to set their place of work. Would I recommend McDonalds Street Somerset , a definite no.

Very rarely do I go to McDonald's but there is always a great level of service. The staff very polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy and I was served very quickly. What more could you ask!

Always good for a lunch time break - been having a Big Mac lately. Like there chicken nuggets also. A good size drink too. Thanks to all staff - mostly very cheery, helps to make it a pleasant experience. Thanks again Worth a visit - drive in us excellent.

Ok, not the biggest fan of McDonald's and never will be my first choice. However on way back from Salisbury after picking up a bike we stopped here for some lunch. I never order off the screens, ordered at till, much faster and more efficient. Due to covid a number was issued for staff bringing out food. I had a double quarter pounder burger, and have to say it was one of the best burgers ive ever had, couldn't fault in anyway. Sat outside in the sun. Have had the same burger since in Bridgwater and was no where near as nice. Top marks to the Salisbury McDonald's 👍
