Fast service while busy, soso food, great milkshake

I've been there many times but not in last few months. Now something went wrong... The stench of dirty rags and mess...

had to inside to order as click and collect didn't work and no spaces.food was cold and kids toy missing from child's meal, also had to wait nearly 10 minutes after food was ready to collect cold drinks.very disappointed

Used the drive-thru for happy meals - Cold food. Asked for simple request of 2 spoons only got 1. Not given any napkins

Not too busy ,chips cold as in rack to long,but swopped for fresh ones,no problem.

So called in for breakfast at Street Somerset McDonald's. Two drive through order points, no other vehicles there. Pull up and wait, and wait and wait. Another. At turns up at the other order point and gets served straight away. I am just about to reverse and pull into the other order point when a voice, without an apology barks at me what do I want. I place my order and proceed to the payment window, where a unkempt youth again barks out the payment sim and shoves the card machine at me. Now I know some people have a bad day, but when your front face of a business you display a modi-come of customer service. So, due to his abrupt attitude, I asked why he took so long to take my order and why another vehicle had been served before, even though I had been waiting for some time before that vehicle arrived. The answer, he only wanted a coffee, amazed me considering he could foretell them order, I wounded why the other car even stopped at the order point. McDonalds, try teaching your wet behind the ears, spotty faced youth how to be the front face of the business and customer service skills suck as good morning/afternoon/evening, sorry you had to wait, please and thank you if that’s where you are going to set their place of work. Would I recommend McDonalds Street Somerset , a definite no.

Very rarely do I go to McDonald's but there is always a great level of service. The staff very polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy and I was served very quickly. What more could you ask!

Got order on time. Wash room was clean. All the covid measures were taken. For kids to play, pads with games was available. They really enjoyed it.

Very busy as it was opening day. However we received our order very quickly, the food was fresh and very well done. The customer service from 'Carla' was excellent. She asked us if our meal was satisfactory shortly after we began eating, not something that usually happens in a fast food restaurant. She was attentive to all the customer needs, even showing concern for a dog barking for it owner and offering the customer water for it. Very good job
