Mikes Kitchen in Mendip

Brilliant food, amazing selection particularly for veggie. I moved away from Frome but still drive over to get this rather than the three much closer Chinese's.

This place is a joke had to wait 1hour for my order when it came it was completely wrong order pork ball ended up with prawn balls phoned them promised to have the correct order within 10 min 30 mins later phoned them and get every excuse they can think off it was a hard order to even get wrong in the first place

This review is old....Food quality good,enjoyed it very much.Mike needs to learn some manners though....this is new...Returned to Mike's Kitchen and the portion of sweet & sour pork Hong kong style wasn't generous as before & spring rolls had hardly any meat,the whole takeaway was bland also.Won't be returning here anymore.That's why it's gone from four stars to one.

Stumbled over Mike's whilst on holiday outside Frome. Amazing food and great delivery driver. Highly recommended and no MSG either.

I got really bad food poisoning from here last night after waiting 1hour and 30 minutes for my delivery.

Very tasty food and hot very good with delivery times and polite delivery drivers

Had the most amazing take away from here...twice! This little gem fell into our laps after visiting my sister in law (who lives in frome) for a takeaway. We live in a village that struggles for take aways 😡 and we seem to be cut off from the outside world when it comes to a takeaway. The chap on the phone was lovely and polite, nothing was too much hassle. I was surprised and very pleased that even on a busy night our food arrived hot and covid safe by a lovely driver. We also placed multiple orders for neighbours and friends and had it all delivered to one address (save on delivery fees) and it's all been hot. Not a single complaint.... it is the tastiest, most generous Chinese ever! Definitely well worth it😋😋😋😋😋😋

Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else for our Chinese take out. The portions are always generous,always delicious, the customer service is brilliant and the wait time to receive your delivery is minimal. Would HIGHLY recommend.

How did we miss this gem? Have honestly not had such a great takeaway is a long long time. Dumplings to die for, veg fresh and pad choi still with crunch. Everything was fresh, hot and with so much taste. The menu has so much choice as well, and we can't wait to try them again. Mmm can still taste the fish cakes!
