Mocha Berry in Mendip

Wow, not a great experience. The two staff behind the counter were absolutely miserable. The food order was incorrect but no apology. The coffees all looked the same and didn't taste great. The milkshakes were even worse. I won't be going back

What an experience. The food was overpriced and the lady who served us was so rude .... & I believe she's the owner !! The cafe itself is disgustingly dirty. Not an experience I'll be repeating!!

I went into this cafe today for the first time, it will be my last. The lady behind the counter looked bored , disinterested and unfriendly. The drinks were the worst I've ever had. Please avoid.

Unfortunately we didn't enjoy our experience at this cafe. The menu seemed good, and the home made sausages were good, but the mash was very chunky. The fish finger sandwhich was quite good, hence the 2 stars. The older lady who served us made us feel very unwelcome. We felt like we were an annoyance for coming in, even though it was a quieter period mid afternoon. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

This is second time I’ve been in this last week and the second time the food has been dreadful. The cook ? owner who served us was absolutely filthy, so much dried food on her apron, down her trousers and all over her trainers. She’s always been rude and miserable but has recently taken this to another level ! The veggie breakfast was smaller than ever, poor quality, greasy and verging on indelible. When you consider it’s almost £25 for 2 breakfasts & coffee it’s just a rip off. I used to frequent here regularly but due to not one, but 2 bad experiences in a week I won’t be returning. Morrison’s veggie breakfast is far better, tastier, fresher, served with a smile and half the price.

Quite possibly the best pancakes that I have ever had. Big, thick, light and fluffy.....amazingly gorgeous

We chose this cafe as my wife had been in before and had enjoyed the experience.This time was completely different! The young person on the till looked bored stiff and it appeared that serving us was way too much trouble. The woman who served the food wore a dirty pinafore which was covered in food. I know it was busy and we possibly picked a bad day but front of house appearance and their demeanour left a lot to be desired.Sorry to say but we won't be back again any time soon.

Very friendly cafe with outdoor seating. Excellent fish finger sandwich and pate on toast. Happy to recommend.

Ali's cheesecake and bakewell tart are the best. Good coffee, good value, great place to people watch.

Lovely food, quickly and freshly prepared. We had pancakes with maple syrup as well as Parsnip and apple soup. Delicious! Thank you! 😃
