Keep changing my review but I'm going to leave it at a well deserved 2 stars. Great pizza but good luck getting through on the phone. I wish they answered just to tell you they are too busy but instead you end up calling hopefully for ages.

Best Pizza place in Frome!! I normally order elsewhere due to offer reminders sent to me via text but tonight I ordered from Pizza Folk and have to say I had the most amazing pizza! Absolutely delicious and the service was brilliant! I will now be ordering our pizzas from here rather than anywhere else in Frome from now on!👍

Food usually good but Never answer the phone for orders. Ordered from just eat and they refunded us. Lazy.

Directly across from me, more often than not have to get lucky online to order via the website when you can walk past the store 3-4 times over the evening and their playing on their phone or not busy.Call up knowing their open and no answer, seems to be they don’t want you to redeem the points for a discount for being loyal and frequent. No staff shortage is to blame as the same few guys that are working then opening hours are always there .Food is always amazing , love to order it and enjoy it. But ordering from the site and earning points to never be able to redeem is a sour note

Haven't updated their opening hours on google so no idea if they are open or not, phone just rings out, not accepting online orders so the only way to know if anyone's actually there is to walk over... I know we're in a pandemic but seriously if want the business to survive, try to make it easier to order...

I was looking forward to a lovely pizza and spent ages agonising over the menu, only to be told you were on holiday when I came to put my order in! would be helpful to have this on your website to avoid disappointment. I look forward to successfully ordering one of your pizzas soon.

Wonderful pizza and excellent customer service after a slight technical glitch. All resolved well and in a timely manner despite them being very busy on a Friday night. Food quality delightful. Far superior to well-known, nationwide, pizza franchises.Will be a repeat customer.

Has ownership changed hands? The first pizza I had from here was about six months ago and it was excellent but since then nothing has quite matched up. The toppings seem skimpy now and the pizzas are very doughy and lacking flavour. Really disappointing- a view shared by friends. Will not be returning.
