Pret A Manger in Mendip

I dropped a star from my previous rating.Disposable cups still being served for drink in, which most other places have got rid of since lockdowns ended.One loo out of order and the other in need of attention, with a loose handle and wet floor.But big, spacious and cheerful.It didn’t seriously detract from our experience.

today I had the pleasure of being served with my wife by a wonderful "blue haired" employee who made two frappe with hazelnut and mocha extraordinary, thank you very much we will definitely be back

First time visit to Pret and I ordered a caramel frappe - it was filled to the brim with cream and I enjoyed every bit of it :)

Came in with someone I was supporting. The lad behind the till Corey was really nice and friendly gave me my espresso free when I ordered for me and the invidual I was supporting. And was helpful when I needed to reassure it was okay to stay while the staff were cleaning round.

It was ok but I ate in and I might just as well have paid less and and took out the coffee and croissant as it wasn't served in a plate or in a mug. Lesson learned. Next time pay takeaway price and don't eat in, as there's no difference in experience.

Came here whilst on my shopping trip to clarks village. Its good because they have seating which is mostly under cover. Good range of things to eat, even towards the end of the day. Good choice for vegetarians, vegans etc. I hada lovely salad and Earl Grey tea. Will definitely come here next time I come shopping.

Usual quality Pret food. Sat in the sun enjoying my lunch....falafel and humous flat bread, well prepared and tasty. The staff were lovely, friendly and very busy. The food area was one of the cleanest I've seen. Highly recommended.

A very nice surprise, we were after a quick snack before a long drive home. We chose Pret over Costa as we don't have a local branch. The range of food was great, all of us had something different and all of the food looked great. The staff were also very helpful and even though they were not able to make my wife's initial drink choice they provided her replacement free of charge. This was above and beyond what we expected! Fantastic!

Yeah it was OK.The staff were friendly and the drinks and food were nice.The problem is that even though it was quiet the service was quite slow and a bit slap-dash - we ordered hot chocolates and while they were ok, they were nothing special. The cups were covered in chocolate powder which made drinking without getting covered in chocolate a feat in itself. They also took so long to make the drinks that by the time the last person had their drink the first drink was almost cold.OK but room for improvement.
