Welcoming and good service. My chicken ceaser salad would have benefited from having more chicken.

Wonderful calamari starter with pesto mayo. Delicious. Penne alla rusticana lunch plate also very tasty, with plenty of prosciutto. Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend.

After struggling to be served locally elsewhere on the same day and then again in the restaurant next door we walked through the door without a reservation and wow! Lovely welcome, kind attentive staff, fabulous food and drink from the set lunchtime menu. Served by Anastasia and her fabulous team. Thank you, you saved our final day out on holiday. We will visit again. Fab restaurant, well laid out, clean and made to feel welcome! Five stars is not high enough!

I would highly recommend this branch.Lovely staff, fantastic service and outstanding food, we throughly enjoyed our meals and reasonably priced for what you get.We got there for 2pm and it was nice and quiet.Certainly a must!

Booked a table here (recommended) as had a dog with us and wished to have an outside table at a restaurant chain we often use. We turned up ahead of our booking time and although they were busy they soon served us with drinks which were just perfect. The manager kept apologising for a delay that was not really there. Food order was taken and arrived in a reasonable time and was really cooked well. Decided to have a coffee which was made just perfect, the best cup of coffee I've tasted in years. Well done team.

Had a lovely impromptu date night here, the servers were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I was able to taste the wine available before purchasing and thoroughly enjoyed my blackberry negroni. Both main courses were cooked well and I couldn't leave a bite of my king prawn risotto. My partner and I then split a prosecco and blackberry cheesecake which was lovely and balanced.A wonderful experience ✨️

I had lunch here today with my friend. I ordered a chicken burger and my friend ordered the mushroom tagliatelle. The meals arrived extremely quickly. My friend started to eat her meal but suddenly realised that the tagliatelle had chicken in it! A huge problem for a vegetarian! We called the waitress over who apologised and took the meal away. 5 minutes or so later, a replacement meal was brought to the table for her. Although mistakes can happen, we felt that the apology was half hearted and were shocked to be charged full price at the end as well as being asked to give a tip!! We felt rushed during the meal and had barely put our cutlery down before our plates were whisked away and dessert was offered. Not a great experience.

Great bowl of pasta and washed down with lovely Malbec served by friendly staff, but please, don't serve icecream in its original tub to save on washing up...... I had to turn it onto the plate ( see photo ) as the spoon supplied was also a size too big.

I had my dinner with my office colleagues and the place was lovely. Very friendly staff and not too bad for the price. They also give voucher in email for a bottle of free prosecco. Just check with them before ordering as there are complex terms and conditions though so that you can't use two or more offers.

Yes it is a chain restaurant but as others have noticed this one in Clark’s Village delivers a better experience than most of the other Prezzo’s I have eaten in.The food is well presented and always comes out hot, the staff are friendly and attentive and the restaurant is kept clean and tidy.I do like to be able to see the kitchen in action and also there looks to be feedback to the chefs as they can see you get your food and if you enjoy!Tip - try the Afforgato for your dessert, if you don’t know what it is go and try it out!
