Riverside Indian Fusion in Mendip

Really nice surprise. Looked everywhere in the area to try and avoid Bangladesh cook in sauce meals. This is very different , chicken in a lovely dry sauce. Shashlick was amazing. Side dishes really well cooked and presented. Interior a little dull but the staff were great and prices very competitive.

First date night with the wife since lockdown greeted on arival didnt book took a chance offered drinks and left for a reasonable amount of time .food when ordered came quite quick concidering it was busy but was very good waiter was polite and was willing to offer suggestions lovely night will be back soon

Excellent food, quality restaurant. Although was told they did children's English nuggets but got to table to then be told we only do chips! Bit misleading!

A warm welcome with a genuine smile.Nice atmosphere with nice decor.Waiter knows the menu and is happy to recommend and explain ingredients.Most authentic curry I have had in the area.Would highly recommend.Five stars.

Stumbled upon this gem after Googling Indian restaurants near me while my wife and I were staying at nearby Burcott Mill. Lovely, contemporary and clean environment. They kept their covid safety discreet and waiters were wearing masks. But this did not detract from the excellent service we received, from the amazing professionalism of a friendly and attentive waiter called Dave, who is an absolute legend, to prompt and courteous service from the kitchen and servers. We had the Kings platter for starters which was delicious and plenty full. It could have done with being a bit warmer but we enjoyed it. The mains again were good portions, they were served perfectly heated, and delicious. The nan breads were great! Crispy outside but warm and fluffy in the middle. Great service, great food, lovely decor and atmosphere.

By far the best Indian restaurant in the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Their Wednesday set menu is excellent value. Would highly recommend.

We went here for dinner tonight and I've got to say it was the best decision we made! The food was amazing! My daughter even said it was the best Indian food she had ever had! The staff were wonderfull and very accommodating...Next time we are up here will deffo be comming back for another visit! :)

Had takeaway for the first time tonight and we will be going back for sure! The restaurant is clean and comfortable with plenty of outside seating as well, right by a river! The pakora and chicken satay starters were delicious. The poppadom chutnies were really good, a little different to normal! Meat quality is excellent and the sauces had plenty of flavour. Also really enjoyed the fried rice. They do a banquet deal on Wednesday and Sunday evenings which looks like excellent value. Plenty of parking. We had a 20 minute car ride home and food was still hot on getting back.

Amazing!!!! I loved this place so much. The food was brilliant, couldn't fault it at all, the portion sizes were amazing and food was served quickly with hardly a wait. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. You get a lot for your money. Need to find an Indian like this closer to home for sure! Would love to go back.

Visited after day out. Myself and wife went for Wednesday Banquet. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn't fault it. Wife had a different main to me which looked similar to mine but tasted very much different, mine also a lot spicer. Well presented with plenty flavour. Staff were very friendly and regularly checked if all was okay.The property was clean and tidy only suggestion is maybe need to update the carpet as looking little tired. Besides this will be visiting often to try out different meals.Prices also very reasonable for the quality of food.
