Starbucks in Mendip

Stopped here for breakfast to meet up with a friend. We went for a ride for about an hour and returned to discuss the ride. Returned to found our table hadn't been cleared from the first visit. The first visit served by a young man who was very helpful and polite and served quickly. The second visit two young ladies served us and service was much slower and weren't as friendly.

The staff were friendly and service was fast. Had a strawberry and cream frappe, it was very bland. Had take away so could not go back unfortunately. But head office more than helpful to resolve.

Ignorant staff ignore you waiting in the queue. Waited for 5 minutes and nobody even said "be with you in a minute" For an overpriced coffee the least you could do is have some manners!

Coffee was great. Sadly they didn't have anything Gluten free food at all.So no lunch or snack for me. Just went hungry. All their produce arrives prepared and packaged. Come on Starbucks. This isn't good enough. Anybody can eat Gluten free bread or cakes so why aren't more available?

I love Starbucks , if I was to win the millions , I would have 2 fully stocked Starbucks in my underground bunker.I give Starbucks 5stars because the staff are always amazing , Starbucks always has my favourite drink the(caramel macchiato). And the venues are quite spacious and comfortable. Never stop making epic quality coffee guys and girls. Thankx

The guy who works their called Ade was very nice friendly and a good worker. He made me like Starbies although saw his manager have ago at him which seemed unfair. #justiceforade

Friendly staff and very good coffee ☕. It's important to get a proper welcome and a clean environment.

we had a flat white coffee & three mint tea. Flat white coffee was small but very strong, lightly fluffy & tasted really good. Mint tea was in a large mug & obviously a quality bag which gave good depth of taste. Was able to park right outside door so we could keep an eye on the car (full of bags & stuff for our trip). We often stop here & always good drinks, quite relaxed seating.

Each to access and convenient in the road from Salisbury to Bath, this Starbucks was airy and comfy. Coffee hit the spot - toilets and parking available.

Nice coffee, nice radiated sandwich's and the Frappicino was amazing.As for the place itself - fast service, polite staff. Body but not many people sitting inside.Yankee could have been cleared a bit faster but overall it's good... But the prices!!! Could have gone to a restaurant for what it cost.
