Really warm welcome in this atmospheric village pub. Very good food not far off the A36. We had steak and ale pie, plus broccoli quiche and veggie lasagne. Lovely:)

·

Nice village pub in quiet location. Friendly staff and above average menu. The place to eat in Beckington.

The gentleman who ran the pub last night was incredibly helpful and couldn't of been more attentive to our group. Some of our party had issues with the travel lodge and offered us some of the rooms! The food was really lovely and the pub had a wonderful atmosphere. We are very grateful and would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In contrast to another pub in Beckington that we had previously visited, The Foresters ticked all the boxes. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, the staff went on to ensure that our visit was memorable for all the right reasons. They were attentive without being annoyingly so.This is not easy to achieve, and is an indication of a superior level of staff selection and training. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and any requested variations were readily provided. There is a friendly ambience in the pub that makes one feel at ease and relaxed. We will certainly return.

Amazing food and the team couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go again nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you for a beautiful meal for such a large group

We were in the area for 1 night only and after reading reviews online decided to book a table at the Foresters for our evening meal.Upon entering it gave us a very cosy and intimate feeling with every table candle lit with additional subdued lighting in the background. The staff were friendly and efficient and we were quickly served to our drinks and given menus which had a good variety of dishes to choose from.We had 2 high quality main courses which were very generous in size and shared a sweet. We chose liqueur coffees to conclude our evening which in summary was PERFECT. If you are in this area please don't miss out on this little gem. Many thanks to all the staff and Chef who were working Friday evening.Kind RegardsGraham and Janette Ogden.

We had a delicious lunch here... Great selection of pub classics made to a high standard. Generous portions, friendly staff and tasteful decor- ideal place to visit after a walk around the beautiful village.

Me and my wife visited this place to have some dinner one night whilst on our honeymoon, the staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful and the food.... OH MY GOD.... we both ended up rolling out of there like a pair of fat seals, unfortunately with no room for deserts but absolutely zero regrets....... 10/10! We had fish and chips and pan fried chicken with i think a mushroom sauce, and we were bowled over by how much flavour and taste the food had! Would recommend to anyone!
