The best Frome pub. Nice garden, great variety of beers in tap, my friend had good wine, and all the food was amazing. Vegan Korean bbq burger particularly delicious

I’m not sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t quite this. We travelled 40 minutes, given all the good reviews and admittedly the food was delicious but the location of the pub was very poor and I just feel like the overall theme of American food in a beaten down pub doesn’t really go. Garden was very small and not very scenic. A slightly odd atmosphere throughout. Staff were nice enough.The company has big potential! I wish them well.

Was in Frome for the day and a local friend recommended The Griffin to me for their amazing selection of burgers. When I reminded her that I don't eat meat, she said it wasn't a problem... And boy was she right! They have an AMAZING selection of burgers but also some absolutely fantastic non-meat versions. I had the Veggie Blue Cheese Burger and my partner had the Vegan Buffalo Fried Ch*Kn Burger. I also ordered the Mac n Cheese and he had some loaded fries. It was all absolutely delicious and the portions were huge! Our friends had some real meat burgers which they also loved.The service was super friendly and the prices can't be beat. I'd recommend this spot to anyone and will definitely be going back next time I'm in Frome.

Lovely pub close to Frome Town Centre. The burgers are amazing, we had the PBK and the Double cheeseburger with tater tots and were very good. Nice area upstairs to eat.

Absolutely wonderful food. Exactly the same what you see on the pictures. The staff are super friendly and the food come out quick. Highly recommended especially the buffalo food.

We’re relatively new to Frome and having been impressed with the good selection of IPA’s, we decided to come back for some food. These are simply the great burgers and grub, unashamedly not healthy, but a great treat! It’s a bar with a really good vibe, we’ll be back!

What a find as a visitor to Frome! Young, but attententive, friendly and helpful staff. Great beer,ales and cocktails!The simple menu of Burgers loaded fries and fried chicken wings is a masterstroke!! If your gonna do one kind of food, do it the best you can! And they do here!! Everything freshly prepared using fresh ingredients as far as I could tell. Even down to the bacon bits!The portions are such value for money that you will want to finish your meal even when your too full to finish it!🤭A definite recommendation!!

After discovering the griffin me and my wife have made it our date night food, everytime we try something different we are always amazed but the flavour and portion sizes, a big selection of nice ales and gins too, go really well with your meals.Always leaves happy and full :)

Haven't been here for many years, new owners and an amazing atmosphere and that's before you get onto their burgers and chicken wings.....not sure there is an establishment I could compare them with it's that good. Bye bye 5 guys, see ya maccies!

Lovely place with excellent vibes and food! We got blue cheese everything and a California burger.Great selection of drinks and the staff were beyond great.
