The quarter jack wells in Mendip

Very poor service. Food is pretty ordinary and the service was rather lacklustre. Be warned if you are disabled you should not park in the car park as Eurocarparks discriminates against disabled drivers. Indeed if you buy a ticket and are just a few minutes late you will be automatically fined. Will never visit here again.

Wetherspoons good value and quick service as usual. Let us put our bikes on outside dining area. The app is so good for ordering gf meal for me

Visited last week and was very impressed. There was a youngish lad serving the tables and he was a delight. So friendly and helpful and an asset to this pub. The pub itself was clean and tidy and food was served quickly and was delicious. We will be back in the summer as noticed there is lots of outdoor seating

A very good pub in the Wetherspoon style, good outdoors space and very friendly service, I only had a coffee in daytime but I know their beers are always good. Very close to the city centre too. Pay for parking so don't forget ! Gets really busy so be prepared for the queue. They do try with more staff at these times but sometimes 1or2 ring in sick and the others have to pick up the slack. Real nice decor too.

Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Steak was like shoe leather and half the salad was missing and tasted yuck. My Husbands fish and chips were very nice though. Very cheap though.

It's been decorated really well and it's quite a cool Wetherspoons but it's tired, scruffy and not the best. However, it's pleasant to sit in, the staff are super friendly and I would return. Toilets clean but many locks and doors damaged.

Enjoyed a steak dinner here with family. Very busy, no clear tables but we managed and the staff were super friendly. Toilets are amazing!

Typical spoons. Free WiFi, food etc. A nice place to while away zone time on a wet autumnal day.

We ordered and paid on the app. Food came out before drinks so we had to ask for them. When asked for salt the waiter simply said ‘there is no salt’! The food was bland and just served the purpose of filling our bellies before a long journey.What restaurant doesn’t have salt???We are regular Wetherspoon customers and have always loved a nice cheap, hearty Wetherspoon visit. Not impressed. The best bit of the visit was watching every single customers disappointment when receiving their food and then being told ‘no salt’. We will go to Wetherspoon again just not in wells

Fast service a decent tasty meal. We had a room for our party, the staff were very helpful, considering no-one on our table could order using the App
