Poor staff among good staff ...very hit and miss 😕😕.Unfortunately only getting worse, some staff try so hard but company let's them down!! Not a Great store!!!!Though the staff are trying and some are fantastic , the general quality of fresh and packaged goods has dropped! Such as.... Scampi with unidentified contamination (uneaten and returned) never received any explanation or refund! , No1 chicken Kiev, totally inedible, and too smelly to return in car!!! Its such a shame , was a great place once!!

Not the best Waitrose around mostly because it's rather small and the car park can be rather naff, lots of support posts holding up the first floor of the car park but the food is good.

It's always a pleasure to go into a Waitrose store. The staff are a cut above other supermarket staff.

Weston Super Mare Waitrose is much quicker to go through, the staff are more alert to customers needs. The Wells shop has a cluttered layout and narrow aisles. However I love shopping in Waitrose. Always happy to shop in Waitrose wherever and whenever.

Poor management. The Google maps listing said the shop was open until 9pm on Saturdays, when in fact they close at 8. I arrived at 7.59 and they turned me away. I complained to a manager but he was dismissive and cocky. Very disappointing, lacking in courtesy.

Good parking for Wells just as you enter the city. Waitrose is convenient for picking up some snacks

Great range of fine wines and champagne. The only niggle would be parking. It would be nice to have a specific parking allocation for Waitrose shoppers that didn't involve buying a ticket at the pay and display.

Waitrose is great! Clean and staff so helpful. They also have organic produce so that's a huge plus for me.

I m a gluten free lady . I was pleased to find Warburton s GF bread on the shelf. Served by a polite, friendly & efficient lady on the express tills .

Lovely store and range of products , but was overcharged for a loaf of Garlic & Roasted Onion Fougasse bread by the chap on the checkout. There was no bar code with the bread and I mentioned the price was £2.50 but he keyed in the product and said £3.75, I didn't query it at the time but after checking on line I see I was right. We live away from the store so returning to the shop was not an option. Lesson learnt , do not by anything from Waitrose without a bar code.
