Just been told not to eat Gluten as it made my stomach bloat. Cutting out bread was hard as I liked nothing more than a slice with butter on. I've tried other breads and found Bowdens by accident. Had luch at a local cafe and they serve and sell their breads. Best gluten free bread ever thank you.

Such a lovely shop, the turnover of stock means that there is always something new to see and the staff are so helpful and cheerful.
