Marks And Spencer Cafe, Tiverton in Mid Devon

Tuesday afternoon & plenty of spaces to park. Parking payment at the meters for up to 2 hours. Hand Gel on entry points to the Store. It was tidy & well stocked. No clothing section now but a small selection of essentials, such as socks. Greetings cards & wrapping paper. It has a cafe & toilets. Click & Collect point. Self Service checkouts. Pleasant checkout staff.

My husband and I were very glad to see that the cafe at the Tiverton branch of Marks and Spencer was open again. However, it was freezing as we sat having our food and looking around we saw every other customer had their coats on. Why can't we have some heating?its winter after all!

A very compact but well stocked store. It's easy to find and parking is ok too. Staff are friendly. The atmosphere feels relaxed and products are well displayed.

Great team, as expected. I always forget to tell a manager how brilliant the coffee is when made by the chap. It is always good, but his is excellent and to the same high standard. Thanks

Since the re opening of the cafe I was surprised to see less choice of food on the menu.Soup or toasted sandwiches!As for the new Colombian coffee it tasted quite bitter.Such a shame this once nice cafe now has less choice.

In the carpark were a porche, a tesla and 2 range rovers. I don't fit in, but to be fair, they didn't make me feel like a peasant! My mum likes the ready meals so you're alright with me M&S 👍

Such a clean and friendly store with lovely staff! So nice to have lunch in the reopened cafe this week, felt very safe - food was good and the ladies serving were lovely. Good to have it back again!

Food hall is clean and tidy as you'd expect from M&S. You can prebook an entry slot on the Sparks App at busy times. Staff are happy to help when needed. Wide aisles, self service or manned tills. Good vegan section.

Easy access. If it rains a lot then will have to watch out for massive puddles in the car park. Like the layout of the store. M&S food is lovely. I don't go there often, as food is pricier than my usual shop, but sometimes buy food there as a treat.

Usual M&S quality but visited Friday afternoon when the place was full of aged customers who were not social distancing at all. Considering the covid 19 hits them hardest I found it unbelievable how they behaved. I am in my middle 60's but I think I will go elsewhere in future.
