Brilliant small village pub. Quaint, qwerty, great food, super friendly staff. Off the beaten track, so normally would not have come across it. Glad we discovered it, will go back.

Small but perfectly formed! Great pub in a great village. Always a friendly welcome with a great selection of food and drink. If you like big portions for your food you have come to the right place!

Funny old village pub, modern restaurant out the back and olde worldy bar. Very pleasant & helpful staff, good, well kept beer & good food, a little pricey but that's the way of things nowadays.

We came across this delightful pub while we were trying to escape traffic jams on the motorway. And what a unexpected treat lay in store. Very welcoming staff, great atmosphere and delicious lunch. I had the vegetarian linguine and my husband the scallops. All top notch and thoroughly worth going out of the way for.

Really fantastic meal here. Place is small but friendly (so booking is a must). The staff are very helpful and the food is very good. Would definitely recommend.
