Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food to eat in and take away and very very good coffee. We will definitely be back here when visiting Tiverton again.

Had the most delicious lunch here today with my friend. We had quiche and a mixed salad. I would rate 10/10 for food and service.

According to the website breakfast is ‘cooked to order between 9 and 11’. We rushed across town on my birthday to get breakfast at the place we’ve been keen to visit for ages, only to find that at 10:55 they were no longer serving due to not having their usual chef in. That’s fine - disappointing, but understandable! The problem was the appallingly rude staff member who was not serving us, but interrupted her coworker to shout across the bar that we were too late, couldn’t order, and offered no apology or kindness. Fully appreciate the issue with the chef, and that we were close to the deadline, but the way we were spoken to was just so unnecessary, and really put a dampener on what should have been a lovely morning. We’d have stayed and ordered something else had it not been for this staff member speaking to us the way she did. Instead, we’re sat in Mrs Gills ordering breakfast and being smiled at by staff. Won’t visit again.

A tad expensive but tasty food and always good having avocado on the breakfast menu.

Good service and a great place to go if you aren't just looking for a full English (although they do that too). I had a really nice eggs benedict on sourdough. Coffee is good too. Stop here if you are on your way to Greggs and get a better breakfast, say I.

Great place for stunning coffee and a tasty breakfast. I went for an extra shot on the first coffee. Really well balanced flavour to the coffee. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Definitely towards the top of my recommended list.

Popped in here on a rainy Saturday lunch time. Staff were friendly and helpful. We both had the Croque Monsieur sandwich.. which was delicious and better than we've had a Cafe Rouge and a couple of other places. lovely thick slices of ham and great flavour.. shame the sourdough bread had sold out, but the granary did a great job standing in!The coffee was very good too.. nice and strong! A shared slice of lovely pecan pie rounded things out nicely :-)Definitely recommend this little gem of an eatery.. do try it!
