I found that the staff were very rude and not understanding. I understand that customer service isn’t the easiest job in the world, but is it really hard to ensure that table tops are wiped down properly after use. The beverages itself are wonderful but not as friendly as I would expect in a service role environment

An absolute find! Stopped here for a cream tea on our day trip to Brampton 13.10.21. The exterior belies the warm welcome and attention to detail of the service. We asked for a cream tea and it arrived, 15 minutes later, with the scones, baked fresh from the aga and our cream adorned with fresh strawberries and raspberries. It was utterly delicious and we would go again in a heartbeat. Lunch is served until 3pm so if you are ever passing through, be sure to pay a visit to sample the menu for yourself.

Staff are friendly and polite. Food is amazing and presented as if in a high class restaurant! They could charge so much more but that's the beauty of it! Will definitely return when in the area. Keep up the great work!

My fiance and I visited spontaneously this morning. What a lovely experience we had, very welcoming, friendly service, the breakfast sandwiches were very tasty and top quality produce used. The cappuccinos were creamy and delicious. We'd definitely recommend this bistro and will be stopping off here again one day hopefully. Thank you. X
