Trawlers Catch in Mid Devon

bought here on a number of occasions and food has been fine, however i've just stopped and got fish, chip and peas, i had to wait 10 mins for cooking time too, unfortunately the chips were soggy and cold, the peas were cold (very cold in fact), and the fish looked like a kids portion, all for £9.40, i can honestly say i won't be gong back, its almost as if someone is trying to ruin what was a good little business

I had a chicken chips and cheese wrap and really enjoyed it. Service was good and we were not kept waiting long. It's on the High Street so parking is a bit hit and miss.Only criticism is a minor one. At the bottom of the wrap, the chips were thin and crunchy. Good if that's what you like but I prefer them not that way. But that's just me! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.Marked as a four stars because of the parking and what felt like a slightly smaller selection than a "regular" chip shop.

Will never buy here again, under cooked chicken burger, cheeseburger was disgusting and chips were black . Would not reccomend

My partner asked for 2 Southern fried chicken and chips. And all I got was 1 piece of chicken and a few chips it looks more like a kids meal

Keep getting such undercooked chips decided to stop buying from here. Shame because until a few months ago they were perfect. Hopefully they will sort that out.

Great fish and chips all cooked to order so no soggy fish. Ok you have to wait a bit but food well worth waiting for. Dont order the large cod unless you are really hungry because they are not kidding about large. Big range of other things to have instead ok just fish and chips.

Its a long time since we had such nice food, we had battered sausage and chips, They were hot, and the best chips i have had for a long time , friendly staff, too, cant fault them, well priced too, !!

Two cod and chips, yummy. Too much for me but hubby ate the lot. Cooked to order. Excellent covid signs and precautions. Order inside, one person, wait outside. Certainly recommend.

Highly recommend the Juicy Lucy with chips. The Lucy is a huge burger with everything thrown in. My weekly treat. And the staff are wonderful too. Always a smile and a chat.
