Stopped here while driving from Notts to Cornwall. Lovely place to stop. Very calm and lovely food and drink. Sat out in the sun eating a lush brunch was just what we needed after a slog of a drive down the M5.Only issue we had was the disabled toilets door was broken so couldn't use them for changing my son, but that'll be fixed I'm sure. Do definitely stop here for a break as far more relaxing than Exeter services which gets swamped in the summer holidays!

Looked lovely, and we’d identified it as a pit-stop on our roadtrip. Website online and signage at location indicated kitchen closed at 15:00, we arrived at 14:40 and were turned away! We did ask if we could get a plain scone/ cake but they couldn’t even provide that (as other people’s hot food was coming out in front of us!). I appreciate restaurants must keep closely to opening hours however when you’re aware of your appeal as a key ā€˜stopping-place’ for travellers who will plan you into a journey, you should stick to your advertised hours or at least offer something to them. The toilets were in a disgraceful condition too.

We have never stayed overnight here, but it's a regular stop on the way to/from Cornwall. The breakfasts, lunches and specials are a great change from the motorway services. The eggs and bacon superb. It's just off the A30 but could be miles away it's so peaceful.Plenty of parking and clean customer toilets.Great place to stop.

Perfect! I’m vegetarian and the options were lovely. (I had a veggie ploughman’s with the best falafel I’ve ever had!)Milk alternative selection was great and coffee was great.Thank you so much to the friendly, efficient staff for making this a fabulous brunch in the sunshine. The best! X

We stayed overnight here for a local wedding and had breakfast. Host was great at communication and check in was easy. The rooms were lovely and spacious with an ensuite. Great price, lovely building and delicious breakfast!

So easy to find and a warm greeting on arrival, beautiful vistas all around, rooms are beautifully appointed and the bathrooms were again clean and very good, the bed was comfy and I had an amazing night's sleep, the quite was so still I don't think I have heard natural quiet quite like it. The breakfast was served in the adjoining cafe and it was delicious, we were made very welcome. I would definitely come back to here no question

Have been meaning to stop by for a while as we've seen the sign on the A30. Wasn't sure what to expect but stopped by for coffee and cake. Lovely rustic little place. Not a huge selection of cakes, but we enjoyed what we had very much. Whilst we were there, we could see the dinners for other people coming from the kitchen and the food looked really good! Shame we weren't hungrier!Friendly staff, fast service. Will definitely visit again.

Superb breakfast. We were at a loss when our previous fave destination failed to meet expectations. In discovering Woodleigh Coach House we have a new favourite!!! Fabulous location, dog friendly with a cute little paddock to walk your dog in and prompt service with great food at great prices.
