Hmm where is the salad? How long have the chips been sitting around like the ribs? Gross. Asked if I wanted any other sauce and never came back. I’ve asked for the bill and 30 mins laterstill waiting yet the place is practically empty.

After booking a table on the last day of our holiday for our family of 11 people including 3 children I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it, when the mains were served after an hour's wait the starter dishes had not been removed and the waitress handed very hot plates to hand down the table to a family member without warning how hot the plate was. When our 7 year old asked where his garlic bread was the waitress replied “ I’ve only got one pair of hands” . When my dinner was eventually passed down the table the food was stone cold and had to be returned, but having already been there for nearly 2 hours I cancelled my order therefore leaving the restaurant without actually eating anything.Although the bill was reduced to reflect the service I couldn’t recommend this restaurantThis has to be 1 star review as the site won’t allow me to post it with 0 stars

Popped into on the way home , got a table quite quickly, Drinks service okay no delays, food came to table good sized portions but food was tepid in temperature waitress offered to exchange both meals , I declined as I have heard storeys of food returned to kitchens , my wife's was returned but came back so quick that it must have been microwaved , if food isn't hot in the kitchen it shouldn't be sent out let alone reheat it ! , I didn't eat mine .I definitely won't be popping in again .

Visited at Lunch time, was a fairly quick service and the food was pretty damn good! The stack burger was pretty good! Was a good price too considering how much food the family had, also managed to get military discount which seems to be a rarely seen these days. If I'm in the area will most likely visit again. Was good for a meal out with no fuss or hesitation on booking a table.

Having read some reviews from other people I can only say that these people are never going to be satisfied unless God was the chef and Jesus was the waiter.I spent a very pleasant afternoon with old friends and I will say that with all honesty I cannot remember being so well looked after. As we arrived we were asked if we had any Allergies by our waitress Jessica who seeing my wife walking with a stick took us to a table immediately. The chef surpassed all expectations the food was excellent and very well priced. The service was quick and nobody rushed us to order.I would recommend this establishment and commend Jessica for her excellent service.Would I go back YES definitely.

Next to the Premier Inn and as you'd expect. However when I booked they asked if there were any requests. I asked to not be sat by a door. We were sat 6 foot from the door. The air con was blowing cold to add to that and it was uncomfortable. Asked to move, no problem, sorted. Food was good, well cooked and a decent size. Decaf coffee was atrocious, at best instant and very poor indeed. A poor end to the evening.

Awful service. It took ages to be seated to start with, then after ordering food it took over an hour for the main to come out with no apology or explanation from the waiting staff. The cheese burger was incredibly dry, like it had been sat out then reheated. Only giving 1 star as the brie bites were really tasty. Overall very disappointing and will definitely not be going back.

On our half term visit they appeared to be understaffed for the lunch rush which resulted in a long wait to be served, in the end ordering at the bar to place the food order as there was no one around. That said the food was great, reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. Would I come back? Yes I would.

Service from waitresses was good. Unfortunately the starters were over-cooked and the main course was average. I think chef needs to change the oil in the fryer, given the colour of some of the food and the colour of the oil drips on the plate

Rubbish. Place was filthy dirty. Only 3 items available for vegetarians? Make that 2 as sold out of veggie sausages. Went for the veggie burger option, well part of it as it should have came with mushroom, fried onions and gravy. Came with neither. Never again. 👎👎
