Burger King in North Devon

Hadnt had a burger king in years really fancied one. Great food hot and tasty. Good service and thanked for our patients as we waited. We got 2 steakhouse burgers 2 fries 2 chicken fries and 2 cheese chilli bites. £38 at that price will probably stick to maccies as before. But bloody good cant fault it apart from price. Just being honest. 5⭐for the staff busy but friendly and polite

Very rude staff. I would never usually complain, as I appreciate it is a fast food establishment so I take things as they are, but the way that my friend and I were spoken to in the Barnstaple "Lets Go Bowling" Burger King was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The Shift Manager, Lee (he wears glasses and I believe he was American) was rude, arrogant, and answered questions with an awful tone. I asked about the price as I had noticed that it was a different price on my recent trip to Bristol (this franchise is almost £1 more on certain items than there) and he responded with a patronising, short tone "we have no control over that" (which of course I understood, I was simply curious as to why- and I made it perfectly clear I didnt mean any offense in my question). He kept rolling his eyes when asked about items on the menu, he bluntly offered me cheese and seemed annoyed when I asked if it cost extra or if it was included, and when I went to order my drink, he interrupted me to sarcastically point out that "as its coke there's gonna be a sugar tax on that". He actually made me feel stupid. Furthermore, when the menu screens kept changing (rather quickly, to be honest) he pointed out that we needed to order quicker and that he also has no control over the menu speed. I have worked in customer service for my whole professional life, and if I had a member of my staff talk to customers like that they would be seriously repremanded.

Possibly the most dire fast food takeaway on the planet. Never have ANYTHING in stock, place is empty, yet despite the tables and entire place is a disgusting, dirty mess. Came back thinking things may have improved. Manager about 4 years old. How does this place even stay open?

A little bit run down but tidy pleasant servers and of course flame grilled burgers chips are of the chunky variety overall decent food but expensive compared to the alternatives

No hot drinks which kinda sucked, machine had broken. But well mannered staff and lovely fast delivery. Food was really well presented. Maybe an odd thing to say but it looked as good as it tasted, well done BK! 💪

Got our food, had two grandchildren with us. Toilets locked. Had to take the two boys outside. Ate our meals. Boys wanted ice cream, were told we had to have them as takeaway. No eating in. We had just eaten in. No signs, no warning. No wonder the place was empty.

This place should be shut down, awful rude staff, swearing whilst cooking the food (supposed to be a family restaurant) not the sort of language i want my 3 year old hearing, awful food, stone cold!!! Stale bread!!! As long as you have had some penicillin first before you decide to try this place you might just survive your visit!!

Very dissatisfied. Ordered a Whopper Meal for delivery and got a chicken royal. Thought about eating it anyway but the lettuce was brown and chips were cold and unseasoned. The cheese bites were over cooked. Attempted to call the restaurant 10 times and they failed to pick up the phone. Not the customer service expected!!

Sadly, not the greatest experience. Most of their menu was out of stock. The cold drinks were warm and flat, plus they had no ice. The place was pretty much dead.

Nice clean restaurant. Polite staff behind counter. Free whopper day today! Thank you Burger King! ❤️ food as lovely as usual - no complaints 😊 parking outside and hand sanitiser at front door. Service is sllooooowwwww though ☹️
