Grassroots in North Devon

A lovely little café with a great dairy free selection of hot and cold food. Loads of choices of toppings for jackets, panini's and baguettes. The caramel cake was delicious!And the little ducks out the back are adorable. Highly recommend!!

Consistently good and reasonably priced, Grassroots Vegetarian Cafe is the only healthy food kitchen for miles. Unfortunately, Ilfracombe probably won't ever lose its greasy spoon culture, nor its very short working hours habits.

Went there for one of their bistro nights, 3 course dinner with BYO alcohol, service and food was amazing, really good value too. Would thoroughly recommend and would go again 😁

Fabulous place.and great food. The lady who runs it is delightful, service was great. I loved little touches like charity jewellery collection and book sale. Had a panini with pepper and stilton and coconut tart. I really enjoyed my visit. I love the decor. Great place and interesting options for all, non veggies will be pleased too.

Amazing vegetarian restaurant and the staff is very good and cordial. It's a sunflower themed restaurant and with various options both for lunch dinner and just a coffee. We had been during dinner hours were we found lot of people and Frankly didn't expect that in Ilfracombe. The soup salad and the main course was amazing and the desert was heavenly.
