KFC in North Devon

Food contains averagely 100times the salt content of any standard food.One will think this is delibrate attempt to kill customers.After I forced myself to complete few bites my head was already pounding.Irresponsible and unacceptable.

I would not recommend visiting this kfc unless you want food poisoning. I will give this 0 stars. The food is soggy, overcooked, disgusting, undercooked mouldy and expired. When we asked mouldy chip they told us that it was natural and safe to eat when it clearly wasn’t. When we asked them about the soggy undercooked chicken they said they were not prepared to do anything about it. When looking at the corn me and my friends found that the expirey had expired. There were unwanted raw chicken prices which came with which I did not order. None of the food was fresh and I assume they were all microwaved. Horrible costumer service, none of the workers were doing anything about our concerns and complaints and on top of that they gave us an attitude. Absolutely horrible, do not come here.

Drive thru is quick and usually order is correct, dine in can vary if you go there during peak times average que is 4-5 people there is usually a few tables available even at peak times but you can see entire restaurant on drive past to see. Food is standard KFC nothing negative to say. 90% of staff are polite although there are 1 or 2 servers that refuse to listen and talk down to you if you have a complaint. All in all it is a decent , KFC with plenty of parking around it and decent drive thru.

The first time I frequented this drive-thru KFC I vowed never to use it again due to the tepid food that was given to me and the krushems not being available, however, after a long journey back to North Devon I found myself ravenous, and this restaurant was close by so I decided to give it another chance.What a mistake!The chicken was cold. And I mean, COLD! Not tepid or warm. Cold. Like it had been dragged out of the freezer and slapped into a wrap, cold. The chips, once again, were as cold and limp as my d**k on a winters night and once again, no krushums OR orange juice.Unfortunately, due to my belly sounding like the boulder trying to run down Indiana Jones, I ate the lot.I will NOT be visiting again any time soon 🐔

Whilst waiting for our meal another customer brought back their order on a card plate which was wrong.the staff then put the food back into the heated shelves for resale! This place needs a visit from the health inspector.The staff need to be trained.Shame I can't give zero stars

Xmas Ever sign on the door we are shutting at 19.30. Arrive at 18.45 and told I cannot enter the restaurant, got to the drive thru wait 20 mins in a queue to be told there's no boneless chicken! BS Lazy gits didn't want to cook no more. Saw a rat whilst waiting for the drive thruThe staff are liars and ruined my Xmas Eve!

In two occasions drinks missing. Went back 12 ish today to ask for it whilst ordering drive thru and the amount of questions they ask is like you’re under investigation. I ask nicely and looking at me up and down. No apology or anything but stress! Drinks is just drinks it doesn’t matter, it’s the customer service is appalling!

Gravy box meal missing fillet and watery gravy. Trilogy box meal missing popcorn chicken?? They're was no mention of the out of stock items when ordering and is still available to buy now on the app? Shame as the chicken we did receive was really tasty..

Worst KFC I have visited, last time I ordered from here was about a year ago, see experience as today not only does the food come out cold and not tasting like other KFC restaurants, the service is slow and lacking, no smiles or small talk, the staff look grumpy and tired.Outdoor presentation, signs and menus all dated and worn out, what goes on behind the scenes?! Do not eat here!!Here's hoping I don't get sick from it.

If I could give less then 1star I would ordered large grace and was given half a pot 2 spicy chicken wings with no chicken just the spicy outing batter and the gravy is hotter then the bloody food guy need to sort it out I've had so many issues with you so thought coming in and ordering it would change things clearly not
