What an awful shame this lovely tea room used to be the best for cakes soups and lovely lunches.Had a terrible luxury fish finger sandwich which was so hard and as far from luxury as could be made possible. Over ÂŁ9 on a polystyrene plate no salad or the lovely coleslaw they used to do. After 20+ years not sure id go back even though they said supply of foodstuff was hard to get hold of.

This place was a fantastic find, tranquil and wonderful Pie! The ladies who work there are very friendly and we will be back for more delicious pie!

Very pleasant gardens. The sun was shining and it was nice to sit in the shade of the trees. No pot of tea which was disappointing. Plates, cups and cutlery disposable with no sign of any attempt to separate and recycle.

They had coffee, cake and ice-cream at the ready at 1645 on a sunday. How lucky for us! Gluten free and vegan options available separately. Would visit again!

Lovely place to refuel after a walk along SW Coastal Path. We had sandwiches (Crab, Bacon & Brie and Fish finger - bread was super-fresh), and the service was speedy. It’s outdoor seating only with roomy benches and a view of the many bird feeders around the garden. They saw quite some action while we were there! Lots of cakes, pies and ice creams if you have a sweet tooth too. Parking on-site (pay and display) and dogs welcome. Well worth a visit.

The raspberry pie was the best choice after a long walk! The ladies in the shop were so kind and helpful! It's a lovely place to have a nice cup of coffe! We can't wait to visit again!

I had looked forwards to going here, it looked like a fabulous location for a cafe. A little disappointed in the selection of cakes and the service was a bit like dealing with people who had lost “that loving feeling” you know, when you don’t want to be there any more, maybe it had been a long day...Choice of cakes, flapjacks, chocolate and caramel coated shortbread bars, but not normal type cakes like Victoria sponge, carrot cake, ginger cake.. you get the drift, I chose the weirdly Christmassy mincemeat pie with ice cream, huge portion and tasted pretty good but I can’t help feel that the place needed standard cakes. The location is perfect

Lovely little place tucked away in the valley of rocks. We were well spaced outside, beautiful views around us and a delicious hot drink in the crisp autumn air. A business that struggles when the weather isn't so great due to the current climate and one that deserves your support if you visit, highly recommend.
