Lovely food. Massive portions too. Small chips is about the same size as about 3 portions of chips anywhere else. A small bit of fish is about the same size as a large cod in most places too. Definitely value for money.

Massive portions, always freshly cooked with fresh ingredients. 1 large chips is enough for 3 people!! Plus the kebabs are awesome is the fish.

Our family was on a break when we went to Sonias, the food was made fresh to order, large portions, good price, and nice. Shame we don't have her near where we live

I was absolutely flabbergasted by the beautiful service I received when coming today. I ordered a small portion of fish and chips which was delivered swiftly, with the highest of quality I have ever tasted, which to my surprise was also of great value. Portion sizes were generous. BEST FISH AND CHIPS EVER!!!

Good value and large portions.The photo is a small chips with large battered sausage! Not the very best chips I've had, but certainly good enough to recommend to others, and would certainly have them again. Was able to go straight in, make my order, and take it away within 5 minutes, and none of this taking your order outside and making you wait in the wind or rain like others in the area seem to do.Wish I'd found this at the start of my recent holiday in the area, instead of ending up at the more expensive and less value for money Pelican! They don't seem to come up easily on internet searches for chippys in the area (unless you know they exist in the first place), so only found it on the last night of the trip unfortunately. Glad I found them in the end though!

Been using Sonia's since she first opened many years ago, never had any bad food and always large portions. Maria the owner is a lovely lady and her staff are very polite and professional. would give 10 stars if I could
