Old world village pub, Doombar served off kegs on the bar, superb!!

It was really great to go to the Black Horse today as it's a pub that I use to go to weekly. The food is wonderful and the whole experience is second to none. A wonderful pub to go to and it's set in the old part of Braunton xx

Great little local pub. The staff are mega friendly, very reasonable prices on drinks, with some lovely ales on cask. Curry night is a must! The Indian food served here is simply amazing! I've never had such tasty Indian food from a pub. Turns out the Chef is a Indian native cooking up a storm of amazing authentic dishes. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Lovely little pub and great service. Made a special Sunday veggie roast plate for me and my friends really enjoyed the pork and crackling. 👍

Stumbled across this place, which was down the road from our holiday accommodation. Popped in for a drink initially, then found out they did a £10, curry and a pint night, so went back for that. Glad we did as it was excellent. Lovely, helpful and attentive staff and the food was excellent. A little bit of a wait, but given we were a party of 8 who all ordered something different off the extensive menu, we didn't mind and it was worth it. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and gave a round of applause the the Chef when he had finished in the kitchen. We would definately recommend and would certainly go back, if we we visited Braunton again.

Fantastic little eatery, best selection of curries we've ever had which suited us all, veggie and non-veggie. Lovely friendly staff, don't miss out on this little gem. 👍😋😊

Lovely local pub with lovely staff members and landlady! Nothing was two much trouble for them.. Had an amazing Indian which was beautiful! Would highly recommend to anyone :)

This is a delightful pub off the main drag of Braunton that serves great Indian food. We visited on a busy Thursday evening. Service was a bit slow but that was probably because the kitchen may have been overwhelmed. The waiting staff and owner were all very attentive and friendly. The starters were great and very generous so make sure you leave room for the main course. The main courses are served in a novel way with the curry served on the dinner plate you'll eat from instead of from a serving bowl. This is a shame as it discourages people to share and taste each others food. Apart from that I would recommend this place if you want a reasonably priced and tasty curry when you are in the area.
