Very good service. The pizza was epic! The fish and chips were delicious! The view was outstanding and the martini espressos went down a treat! Friendly and chatty locals. The bar had a chilled vibe, was very relaxed and they allow dogs in which is ideal!

Turned up without a booking with a party of 9 on a sunday evening and got seated without an issue.The food was lovely and fairly priced for the area. I had the burger topped with pulled pork, bacon Jam and added cheese that was amazing & very decent portion of chips.Depending where you sit the view is an added bonus.Will definitely be back, probably more than once!

I have mixed feelings about the food and service for this restaurant.We sat outside on the benches and ordered at the bar. The only gluten free option was the fish and chips (£14) and also ordered a burger and chips (£15) and 2 pints. £40 in total.As you can see from the photo the order came out in a brown paper bag and our meals were in cardboard boxes and had wooden cutlery. As much as the packaging was biodegradable and environmental, this isn't how I would expect my food to have arrived. The pub wasn't busy so I couldn't understand the presentation. I felt conned and as if I'd been served street food.On the plus side the food did taste good but it didn't make up for the service. A plate and cutlery wouldn't have gone a miss.

This must be Westward Ho's best kept secret. We were fortunate to be passing and its a fantastic bar & restaurant. We sat upstairs that had amazing views at every table. The food was fantastic and finally a place that does good kids food. The fish and chips on the kids menu was impressive. The staff deserve a mention as they were excellent too.

A lovely restaurant with good views across the bay. Food was really good. Mind-blowing chips and a good burger. Friendly staff and fast service. We went in early April and it was fairly quiet, expect it to be very busy in summer.

Were told when we entered about all the areas we could sit and where to order and left to make a decision which was lovely. No pressure and very relaxed.We ate upstairs with the beautiful view of the beach, nice music and warm heating, away from the biting winds.The fish was delicious. Chicken burger spicy and crisp. So many chips we could only eat half of them.But it was the staff that made our day, our waitress was fantastic and helpful, she made us feel incredibly welcome and that our small requests for some extra cutlery and milk for our toddler weren't any trouble.It was one of our most relaxing meals we had in our week away. Can't recommend it enough.

Glorious location, loads of seating indoors and out, friendly staff, fast service, and great vegan/gluten free options.I’ve been here twice now and have not been disappointed. Gluten free & vegan options for both pizza & burgers, both of which were delicious. The vegan burger with caramelised onion chutney was divine and such a good portion of fries and coleslaw on the side! The only thing I’d add to it is some vegan smoked Applewood cheese to tie it all together. Hands down some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve tried and great that they still offer options for different dietary requirements even when running a more limited menu out of season.

Limited menu at the moment as out of season but works well for us. Prefer this than to much choice. Lovely Food today had the steak and ale pie and the Angus burger. Wold definitely recommend. Price was very good. Plenty of choice of drinks. Would definitely return.

Lovely location, helpful friendly staff and really good food. 4 different meals were all thoroughly enjoyed, and they were all plentiful, even me with a good appetite struggled to finish my main course, would definitely recommend this place

The location is great, and the online order system works well.Unfortunately, the food doesn't hold up.The pizza tasted the same as a good frozen one, was missing the "fresh basil" promised, and didn't seem to be sourdough. We only ate half of it.The tacos were okay, but each seemed to lack something to make them great.
