The Dolphin Inn Restaurant in North Devon

What a fantastic pub / eatery.... We called with our crazy boxer dog for a couple of beers before trying the local chip shop... However the staff were so friendly and accommodating we had to stay to eat. Reasonably priced and very tasty food, friendly staff who catered for our ASBO Boxer by sorting us a table away from the other dogs in the pub. What more could you ask for?!? 👍🏻🐶👍🏻🐶👍🏻

Only managed to try the carvery as they were fully booked the rest of the weekend, if the food we had on Sunday is anything to go by I can see why. The carvery was great, a good selection of meats and vegetables. Staff were lovely and friendly. We sat downstairs in the bar as we had our dog with us, but the view from the bistro upstairs looked lovely. The samples of scotch eggs fresh out of the oven delicious. Definitely recommend

Well, we stopped here after walking all the way from Lynmouth. What a nice pub and the staff were so lovely. We both had the steak and omg, was it good. Cooked perfectly. They also phoned us a taxi which we really appreciated. Thank you to all the staff & chef there 🙏 😀

Great setting, lots of outdoor seating with view of the harbour, limited parking but plenty of pay and display nearby. Friendly, efficient service with comfortable table seating inside. The staff are conscientious and friendly and the food we had was top class. Wouldn't hesitate to come again. Highly recommended 👍😃

To start off with, slow service. No menus given and had to get waitress attention several times. But- food was delicious and generous portion. Thoroughly enjoyed and would return. Staff polite and friendly. Reasonably priced would recommend

Beautiful location, fantastic meal always makes me happy when I can have local and fresh fish. Prices were very reasonable for the meals in which you are being served. Highly recommend booking though.

Absolutely wonderful pub and restaurant in a stunning location. We didn’t have a reservation but we’re very well looked after by Katie who found us a great table with a view of the TV for the euros. Across the night Charlotte and Jenn were great behind and Danny was a friendly face wandering around and checking everything was okay. Highly recommend it and will be back soon.

A lovely evening meal on a November Saturday night 8 people and a dog . We ate in the bar which. Had a nice relaxed atmosphere .Extensive menu choice , warm welcome for us and the dog .Food was great for everyone , good size portions and really nicely presented . Excellent steaks , fish stew and fish curry as well as burger and pie. Nice wine & choice of beer . Overall couldn't fault it.

The food we had was nicely presented and tasted ok nothing special in my opinion. Service was good enough although when we visited it wasn't that busy. I personally wouldn't rush back to eat here.
