Dirty room, mouldy bread for breakfast Generally not very clean anywhere, Shame great location, and lovely staff

Great service from Tom and beautiful home cooked food. Lovely location too. My only gripe is that I'd have liked a wider choice of Real Ales as Doom Bar isn't what it once was.

I had the ninja chicken and was covered in some weird goo that tasted weird better in a pot so can add if u like weird goo, lasagne was very good though, feels like a young chef trying ideas which is good but chicken covered in what u might like is only nice to about 15% of the world . Keep it simple you would do better

Not a very warm welcome from the lady behind the bar. The bread was not very fresh and no soya milk available.

Great for a family meal in the TV room with good honest food and a lovely lady behind the bar happy to accommodate our various requests. Smashing position by the harbour as well.

Had a good time, great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach. Really friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay.

Didnt stay, just went in for a breakfast the other day with my Dad. Both breakfasts, the full english and full brit were absolutely rank and dripping with grease, made me almost throw up afterwards. My Dad had the full brit breakfast which was just bacon, egg and sausage, no beans or anything. Staff were nice and helpful though. Not coming here again

We stopped off here to watch one of the Euro matches. Fantastic atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us out of towners. We got there real early to ensure we got a table to watch the England game due to the limits on people re: Covid. The only thing is we found the food average. Other than that, great spot overlooking the harbour!

My partner and I visited for 2 nights and we’re very happy with the stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, the rooms were clean and fresh and the food is very tasty. We have rebooked to stay for 5 days at the end of the month!

Stayed for a long weekend in October. We were greeted by very friendly staff who didn't seem to be rushed and had time to chat. The room was fine it was a little cold & we couldn't work the heating. Staff soon got the heating working & it was fine the rest of our stay. We had plenty of clean towels & other replacement each day left outside our room. Had lovely dinner on the first night. My partner had fish and chips I had the vegetarian lasagna & we had a glass of wine each. Breakfast in day was plenty for us both with a glass of juice. Great location . Well done to the owners & staff thank you. Saw a beautiful sunset from a nearby hill.
