Went here Wednesday just gone, this place is pricey for what it delivers. The food was pretty awful, 12.50 for a little bit of brisket in a bun, same, not even chips with it, same with pulled pork that my mate thought was very average again not cheap, we spoke to manager who seemed like a nice guy but then again I'd be pretty happy getting that sort of money for their foo. Wine was pricey too. To add some weight to this review we met a group of lovely people yesterday at our camp site, they had just returned from the sawmills, they didn't pay for their food after complaining, they also mentioned crazy prices. Shame as it has the look and feel of a decent restaurant.

This pub was such a good find! We stumbled across it on our travels through Devon. The service was quick and the food was so delicious! I've never had corn ribs before but have been dreaming about them since! Only knocking one star off as we had a window seat but there were lots of flies/mosquito so we moved into the restaurant more and had a better experience.

Food was excellent. Good prices. Drinks a bit pricey but lovely hospitable place. Hope to go there again.

Completely under sells itself with the street food label. Food is totaly amazing and a welcome surprise. Visited on a Friday night and the owner greeted us with a sorry a 30 minute wait for a table. He was great and we decided to wait and so glad we did. Seated outside as it gets dark with pleasent lighting overhead and amazing flowers. We'll recomended

Haven't been here in YEARS since I used to come camping as a wee boy at Big Meadow next door. Now much older, probably not much wiser but definitely more bearded, it was great to see how they've changed with the times and with the after affects of the pandemic. The street food menu is simple but the food is delicious, the drinks are refreshing and when the weather is nice, it's amazing to sit outside, listen to the world go by & the babble of the stream and enjoy some truly nice times. We shall be back!

Good food and friendly service. Care taken with covid precautions too. Lots of outdoor seating if the weather's nice.Fairly small menu at the moment but I guess that's to be expected given recent events.

Fabulous meal and service this evening. I am in the trade too and totally understand the difficulties you have been going through. 10 out of 10 for diversifying and you have done it with style. Thank you so much for letting my daughter try before we decided what she was going to order. You went above and beyond. Can't fault you at all. Thank you.

Good place. 3 star as it's not got anything special at the moment. Staff are amazing and friendly but due to staff shortages need to wait for service. Food is fabulous. But very limited menu at present. dog friendly in side and out. Would give 4 stars if website menu matched current menu.

There was a large group of us and we were looked after by Theo who explained that due to staff shortage things may be delayed but we were served in good time and no complaints from me. A lovely place, the Food and drinks were both excellent as was the hosting. The loaded chips are pretty special 😊
