The Terrace Tapas & Wine Bar in North Devon

Enjoyed a very special tapas meal here yesterday evening on our last night in Ilfracombe. The food was delicious! Excellent service and good quality ingredients. Would especially recommend the trio of mini desserts - called café gourmand 😋

Wow, wow, wow! Best tapas I have ever had. The restaurant itself is romantic and cosy, perfect for a date night. The food and drinks are outstanding, highly recommend the meatballs and the sangria. We came here during our holiday and we can't stop thinking about it. Our highlight of our trip.

2nd time of getting the enjoy not just the food but also the amazing customer service from all staff! Unfortunately on our next visit to North Devon they won't be open (sunday), otherwise we would definitely be booking if again! Even gave one of the desserts ago this time!!

Enjoyed a lovely meal, mid week but was still busy so would recommend a booking. The food was beautiful, very authentic and portions really good for tapas! What we liked is that it was explained there would be a wait for ordering and food due to staff and tables so they were good at managing expectations. Just a tip.... Make sure you leave room for the churros they were amazing!

Absolutely amazing food. Accommodating for food allergies. My partner took me out here for my birthday and they brought out a little bday cake, very thoughtful. Cocktails were amazing

This is my favourite spot in Ilfracombe! Authentic Spanish Tapas, with lots of vegey, vegan and gluten free options! There is a huge variety of drinks, wine, award winning ales and gorgeous cocktails made to order! The staff are lovely, and extremely friendly and accommodating, they gave my partner a free cake as we booked for his Birthday! We felt safe but comfortable and staff made everything clear. Definitely should book, this restaurant is usually booked up weeks in advance, but it's absolutely worth it! A must-go spot in Ilfracombe for gorgeous food, a friendly atmosphere and lush drinks!

We had a wonderful meal and experience. Staff were great, cocktails were great, food was great. We sat out on the terrace and this was very nice, felt like we were abroad. (if maybe the heater lights were a little bright)We ate so much it would have been helpful if the staff could have rolled us back down the hill.It's rare to find restaurants with real passion and also staff who are truely friendly and professional. During our meal a couple of passers by without bookings tried to get a table and whilst there was sadly no room, each one was dealt with incredibly nicely with advice on other places they could go.I'd love to return.
