The Thatched Inn in North Devon

Great quick service, lovely friendly staff, we sat outside which is a nice tidy, clean area. The food was just so good! We had the chowder, the pork belly and the child's sausage. All was so tasty and served quickly. Will definitely be back again soon.

Food was outstanding fresh and great value for money. The service of the staff is amazing was super busy but nothing felt to much trouble. If you not been it’s a must. Definitely coming back for lots more lunches and dinners now. Thanks guys.

An excellent venue with really friendly and accommodating staff. We went there for a celebratory lunch following a family wedding and the staff set up the room beautifully and the food was great quality and delicious and everything was served to our party of 22 people all seamlessly and at the same time. I would highly recommend this great local pub. Thank you.

Delicious food, lovely service and gorgeous little old pub atmosphere. Most pubs have been converted into spacious and bare environments, this keeps the old pub style alive yet it is very clean, fresh and well kept. Very good little find, with thanks to the chef for accommodating us.

Brilliant food we had the bbq chicken and cod and chips and can’t fault it . The service was exceptional the waitress and bar staff were lovely and inviting . We have never visited before but will definitely be back when we are next in the area . Thankyou so much

Cycled to the Thatched Inn for lunch and ended up choosing the carvery. Lovely, melt in the mouth, rare beef with great vegetable selection, not overcooked. Fairly busy but with fast efficient service. We will add this venue to our regular haunts.

Beer and food was OK, had a Sunday roast. It was nice but pretty standard for the price tbh. Over all it is a lovely, clean query little place and the staff were nice.

Another fabulous Christmas meal on Wednesday evening. First rate food excellent service. Very friendly staff. Thank you from Bideford Centre of Light. See you next year.

We visited this pub for the second time when on holiday again in Devon. We really love it! Great menu and food, my vegan lasagne was gorgeous! Staff are very helpful and friendly and this is just a lovely setting for a village pub. So dog friendly as well. In all, we enjoyed our second visit just as much as our first a couple of years back, and it will be on our must do list for next time! Love the colourful outdoor seating they have created.

Absolutely fantastic - covid safe - I had the fish cakes they were excellent - the staff are brilliant very friendly and knowledgeable - I can recommend the fish pie - what a lovely pub restaurant excellent setting - outside is the most perfect garden - everything is clean and you feel very safe here - we stayed in the premier inn and this is just a short 3 minute drive - I can't recommend enough you must try this place. You won't be disappointed.
