Lovely setting with good, affordable food. Very pretentious however. It is apparent that the workers and club members don’t want to mix with ‘commoners’. Be prepared to to bring the gilets and cravats to be accepted into the pack to enjoy a simple bite.

Lovely food and service for our Veterans Breakfast Club

Had full English breakfast and a cappuccino, all delicious and served by friendly happy staff. What more could you want.

Was staying locally so decided to check this place out. Just wanted a coffee but was turned away with “we’re not accepting any walk-ins today”….It looked busy but seriously?…won’t be returning

Last Sunday was our first visit our Burgers were delicious! The best we have had since moving to the UK. The lady that took our order was very pleasant.The only negative is the staff don’t tell you how to order and they just look at you sitting there.I had to send my son to the counter to ask if we needed to come up to place our orders.

First time visiting this place and unfortunately my partner and I were really disappointed. Firstly the waitress was stood in the middle of the restaurant when we first arrived, doing nothing, she pointed to the menu to tell us to grab them ourselves when they were just to the left of her. I went in to order and it was just difficult. I wanted to add some pancakes to my food order but apparently that just wasn’t possible as they had a big party in. But if I ordered separately that would have been ok? Didn’t make much sense to me. The food then arrived, my halloumi was hard and not grilled, the eggs were dripping in oil. Hash browns were nice though 👍, my partner ordered the full American breakfast and I think any American would be embarrassed to call that an American breakfast. They advertise American waffles on their menu pictures but give you potato waffles. I ordered an apple, elderflower and mint drink but it came with no mint. Pancakes were mushy and bland. Just an overall disappointment. Sorry to leave a bad review but I felt it needed to be done.

Very welcoming, good communication via messaging. Very tasty big breakfast, friendly, helpful staff and a wonderful view of the golf course. Brilliant for people watching too. Lovely atmosphere, would definitely go again. Very good for government guidelines, safe and spacious. Easy parking, enjoy xoxo

Lovely place to go and have fantastic food. Staff are amazing and so lovely. Great atmosphere and always have fab deals on. I will definitely be passing on the word to friends and family!!
