Costa in North Dorset

Costa service that there known for in most chains pretty quick service friendly staff also 1 of the more spacious and open planned cafes in the town of blandford.

Whilst the coffee shop is quiet staff are standing behind their station while the consuming areas are sliding. No one is on hand clearing tables, cleaning bathrooms, or floors.It was left like it was not a problem. This Costa coffee shop is in need of some real attention.

Visit often. The place is very good and the staff are friendly!

A great local coffee shop. A wide selection of drinks, always friendly staff, clean establishment and quick service.

Good coffee polite staff but they're more interested in their own tasks than the client, ignoring people while they tidy up stuff they could do later when there's a lull.

The staff are fine, but half an hour BEFORE closing they close off half of the coffee shop. Fair enough right? No one want to keep cleaning up after people.But no, they actually close off the loos as well. All of them. So if you have special needs, and have to use the loo way before closing, you are not allowed.Further, the cakes aren't covered and there were flies landing on everything! And when I pointed it out the staff got annoyed at me. I even complained directly to the company and they still, after weeks havent gotten back to me.Do not go if you want clean cakes.

Great place. Great people. Average service speed. my issue isn't to do with this particular restaurant, JUST the drink itself. I had the white hot chocolate. YUCK could be extremely better. Just tastes like artificial Sweeteners.(0.5 out of 5 ) at least have options to have the less healthy one. tastes awful.

We do like Costa coffees We four managed to find a table after we ordered our lattes n cakes. Very pleasant staff n very helpful in deed Being a hot day, it was cool, lovely n spacious inside

One of the cleanest, nicest Costa coffee cafes I have been in... I travel all over the UK and make a point of visiting Costa and the competition !!...Nice hot sandwiches and panini, fine selection of coffee and cold drinks available, very well trained and knowledgable staff makes this Costa one of the best... well done staff, free WiFi and clean toilets to !!
