Kfc in North Dorset

Slowest service in any KFC in the world. Miserable staff. The drive thru is never open. Food is barely edible. Should be closed down. Avoid at all costs.

The kids who work there are not interested at all in serving customers they are more interested in p*55ing around with other. The strive in is regularly closed and the pieces of chicken are constantly shrinking.

More wrong orders than we have had right. I used to stop to check the order in the car park (after driving home four times in a row with a wrong order) but now I just go elsewhere. I think they often just give you your order without the bits they can't get ready in time. Drive through often not in operation.

Good food, clean place, service a bit slow only three staff out front wasn't that busy

When we visited we had a long wait as very short staff and they had to close drive through. Food was lovely and staff were so overrun but still kept smiles on their faces.

Used the drive-through, I was behind one other car, the 1st car had to wait 10 minutes, then I had to wait 10 minutes for a fillet burger & 2 pieces of chicken- hardly complicated. All I could hear through the window was staff having fun. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had, never again.

This is a small KFC compared to others, not a lot of seating and a car park which was on the small side.But the place was kept clean and service was given with a smile and not just chucked at you as usual.

Tasty, crispy fried chicken - no buns provided with a bucket, pieces were all legs or similar which were smaller in quantity.Service wasn't the best - had to go back and ask for tissues, ketchup, cups.Overall, the place is buzzing usually, service is quick and food is pretty good.

I drop into KFC shaftsbury.. To pick up my familys tea I ordered ahead seamed easy.. on entering the shop on first impressions someone needs to give this place a deep clean .. on picking up my order I only had half my order ? So had to go over to machine and reorder.. which was okay .. pick food up was very fast .. I drove home family all around had 12 bits of chicken was cold dry dehydrated no meat just bone .. gravy missing two pots was stone cold and two missing sweetcorn all so .. I wasn't going to waste my time driving back to .. for what meat I did eat off of the bones in the morning I regret it . Not well .. what a waste of money ..

It's a KFC the unit ticks all the boxes. The product was in good shape, alas the fries were a fail. The wait tedious and the fact there were not many of us there, a bit of a shock. It's a new store, well it was a Burger King before KFC moved in.The bathroom was well kept, the dining area was clean. The outside of the building in good shape & there is a drive through.It is situated by a gas station, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Subway & Dominos. So you could pick up from all of them on your visit.
