A beautiful hotel. Clean fresh large rooms with high quality fittings and furniture. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. I’d left something important in room and staff swiftly posted on to me at next hotel.We Had dinner and hotel that was of high standard. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a really good Mother's day Sunday roast at this pub restaurant. Service was great and food excellent. Environmental and Garden central area lovely for drinks in the shade.Will say the prices were a shade on the high side for food, drinks prices are no issue however.

The room, staff were very nice could not be faulted. The food was only average the first night I ordered trout thinking I would get a whole fish but no it was a small filet and over cooked and dry the veg was under cooked. Breakfast was however good except my wife order scrambled egg and got what looked like pouched egg mashed up. Would I stay again yes but I would eat out.

Lovely room, brilliant location and super staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but thought the food was only average, making it a bit over priced in my opinion.

Booked for Mum's birthday, staff were very attentive & polite. Food extremely good. A great experience all round. Thank you very much, it made Mum's birthday special.

Four of us enjoyed a very good meal at the Grosvenor. The scallops were very small but delicious. The hake for my mains was delicious. The beef dishes were delicious as was the vegetarian main course. The ambience was very good, the table was large for 4 people and the seating comfortable. The waitress service was exceptional - we couldn't fault it. Will definitely go back again.
