The Stapleton Arms in North Dorset

Pleasant- not the biggest menu you will find. Food is of very high quality, great service throughout our evening. We look forward to our next meal out at Stapleton Arms.

Excellent 1st visit good atmosphere and decor. Great customer skill from shown by Phil. Food spot on and generous portions. Servering staff pleasant and smiley - return visit a must.

Stayed in the pub in May 2022, excellent locals pub, but made to feel very welcome. Good selection of beers and great food. Certainly a good base for amazing countryside walks and close to Stourhead which is fantastic. The room I stayed in was massive and so quiet, will definitely return to explore more.

The best beef hamburger ever!..I highly recommend this place. The food is amazing and The staff and the owner create a very warm and friendly atmosphere.I will be back soon!

Back to back raw burgers. Very very poor.Shortly after leaving this review for being served completely raw meet twice( without apology)I was met with a very sarcastic response from a senior member of staff and was partner was asked was then asked take down the review at the bar. I don’t like giving poor reviews but sometimes it is just deserved.

Didn't eat their as didn't have time but very friendly staff a lovely little hide away and people with children a park in the back dog friendly.

Fantastic vegetarian Sunday lunch. Friendly and attentive service. Wheelchair friendly. Lovely garden. Good choice of wine. Nice chat with Phil and Jo. Will definitely be returning.

Such a fantastic pub.We went for lunch on Mother's Day. We were, yet again, blown away by the delicious food. It really is exceptional. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere brilliant. It really is the best pub in the area.

After closing pre covid I am so pleased to see the pub thriving again. Good beer, fine food, with a variety of local produce, and welcoming hosts. Well done the new management for making the pub great again.
