I adore this superb cafe/restaurant and shop. Although I live in Nottingham, 100s of miles from The Udder Farm Shop, if my train arrives in Gillingham at lunchtime my brother and I have lunch there. The food is delicious, they have a splendid choice of beer, cider and wine and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It’s a no-brainer.

This is a really good breakfast, and is very good, for the cost to perspective of food. Tasted very fresh, would recommend to anyone which is in Dorset/Somerset as it’s got a neat food and a very good farm shop with a butcher and some bakery goods.

Food was very good and the staff pleasant. Only problem was that it was half term and rather busy so there was a long wait for the food. Would certainly give them another try though. Interesting if somewhat expensive farm shop with excellent choice of stuff.

Great place for all sorts of food and drink with a butcher onsite. Nice cafe on site if you are in need of sustenance. There is also a car wash business on site if you need it. Don't think its connected to the Farm shop, but from the cleanliness of two cars I looked at, they seem to do a good job.

The cafe/restaurant is fabulous. Great menu and food. Staff are brilliant. Such a lovely open setting. An absolute must if you are in the area.

Went in for cake and coffee. Grandson wanted sausage and mash! Both happy. Very clean and airy. Nice little play area for little ones. Colouring pencils provided too.

Called in on spec on the way home and what a delight to see the refurbishment. The gentleman seating people could not have been more helpful: No tables initially available but pop back in 15 mins after looking around the shop and we were taken straight to our table. Two ploughman's ordered which were simply delicious and great quality food. I don't like blue cheese but it was no problem asking for a with. Vey filling, definitely tasty and a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely breakfast (enormous) for me and eggs benedict with Salmon for wife. Well run business. High quality products with a service to match. Shop had lots of fresh produce and ancillary items. Dog friendly area in the garden to eat with water bowls. Would definitely come back.

Excellent food however service very slow. Arrived at 1500 ordered drinks and they didn’t arrive until 1535 ( three drinks) food came out at the same time. Ordered more drinks at 1600 by 1630 still no drinks again. Complained and cancelled the second drink, the only way of an apology was “sorry it’s been busy”. On our arrival it was quiet and certainly not to the point three drinks should take 30 mins. The first drink was refunded, however won’t be hurrying back which is a shame as the food was good.
