The Woodpecker in North Dorset

I had awesome, slow cooked ribs with a glass of white wine. Perfect lunchtime meal. Sat outside even though soft raindrops decided to join us for lunch. The staff were super friendly. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy 😋

Wow...... Drove past here and stopped for some food. Staff are really nice and friendly. Food was so yummy, even made my little girl something not on the menu. They had a fire outside with hay bales to sit around, so nice!!!! Definitely go 😊

Great find. Had family visit over Easter, had breakfast one day and evening meal another. They will tweek the menu to suit you. Very friendly including dogs . The grandchildren loved the quirkiness.Recommend.

Proprietors, Jamie and Tina (I hope I got that right) are very welcoming and excellent at providing for coeliac, etc.. 👍🏼🌹

Quirky, fun, anything goes sort of place. Fabulous atmosphere and super food. The best breakfast. Motor homes are free, be there or be square.

Just left after having a banging breakfast.We popped in yesterday for a late lunch snack and had to come back this morning.Lovely staff and owner.Made you feel so welcome.Breakfast is worker's paradise and even the workers are super lovely.Will definitely be back.
