Town House Dragon in North Dorset

Ordered a large selection from the menu and we all thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. Friendly staff who packed our takeaway into a cardboard box and added free prawn crackers and coke. We found all the dishes delicious.

Just been in to order food as I knew it would busy on the phone. Was asked what I would like to order then the girl decided to answer the phone and take another order before taking mine. I let that rudeness go, then she asked me again what I would like to order then answered the phone again and took someone else's order. I have used only this Chinese since moving to Sturminster and have always thought they had superb customer service but tonight was just totally rude. So I walked out and have taken my business elsewhere. Totally disgusting service and very poor manners even if it's a busy night.

A thoroughly enjoyable meal from Town House Dragon. Strongly recommended.

The food is good but the young girl taking your order is very blunt almost rude!

Used to be great under the old management, food was just about warm and the fried rice tasted like unseasoned boiled rice. Wasn't keen on the pineapple sweet sour chicken as the sauce was like jelly . Not great.

I have reason to believe this take away is under new management? If so big shoes to fill, will not be going back, it was terrible and all the food tasted the same, no effort at all. The food has certainly gone down hill, and do wonder how much of it was maybe pre cooked?

The food is lovely, not too keen on the new house special fried rice though, but that's personal taste. My only concern is my last order was mixed up and didn't realise till I got home, so I came back and they replaced it no problem but I half expected an apology or maybe a little good will gesture, maybe I have been spoilt elsewhere though.

I feel really sorry to have to give this, usually fabulous, Chinese food one star. Tonight we had friends over. Ordered a fair quantity of dishes at £65 and drove from shaftesbury to collect it as the drive always having been worthwhile in the past. Sadly the food was inedible. It was SO salty we literally couldn't eat it. Now I love salty food but this was truly hideous, lip numbingly bad! A waste of time and money and a ruined dinner with friends. We won't be going back☹
