Although we only had 50 mins In lounge due to early closure. We all managed to get breakfast and coffeee and drinks. Should not book people in unless open properly. Lots of complaints whilst we we there and we did get a refund due to having to leave earlier than expected.

We stopped here on 5th Dec and we were very impressed. After an awful experience at Birmingham we were sceptical but all of the staff were friendly and courteous, the food was delicious, top marks for the Brie and beetroot tart. Thank you all.

Really strange lounge, which is open only from 4:00 until 9:00, so it is completely useless. What strange opening hours. It is unable to enter the lounge almost all day and there is not another option at the whole airport which is quite busy during the day.

Booked lounge. Arrived and lounge closed second time over two weeks. Website advertising as open 4am-9am. Disgusting. Why you don't update your info on website your lounge is constantly closed. Avoid. Waste of time. Bunch of idiots.

Sat here now, arrived at 0755 today, 25/10/21.Receptionist helpful on arrival. Bar staff welcoming and kind, she went to ask for me if veggie sausages were available. She was informed by the chef/shift manager that there were veggie sausages, but they couldn't be cooked because the lounge was closing at 0900.I asked the chef/shift manager directly, he told me it takes 25 minutes to cook veggie sausages so I couldn't have any. Then told me there are other things I could eat. I don't want to appear ungrateful for the unsolicited dietary tips from the irascible, unwelcoming shift manager - but I'm aware that I'm capable of eating foods other than veggie sausages. I've just overhead another customer having a similar conversation with the same guy. I'm in the Quiet Area but I could hear this guy telling the (helpful) bar staff that they need to be cleaned down by 0900 and if anything isn't done, it's her fault. Wow.One hour and five minutes is not long enough to cook a couple of veggie sausages at the Aspire Lounge so maybe arrive an additional hour earlier for your 9am flight if you're veggie/vegan and want more than mushrooms and beans. If you arrive around 8am be prepared to feel as though the lounge closed an hour ago and you're essentially a nuisance. The lounge itself is comfortable and well-equipped, so it's a shame the management is absolutely dire.

Decent enough to sit and have a drink before a plane. Foods a bit limited at the minute with not much on offer at all. Though one of the ladies did very kindly sort me out a bit of gluten free bread and things.Plenty of drinks though including Martell. Beats the hell out of sitting in the packed out wetherspoons

I can only rate the customer service I received as unfortunately our Aspire lounge booking was cancelled due to the current Covid situation. However I cannot fault the customer service experience. A very personal and professional approach. Darren from customer services was outstanding and sorted all the cancellation and the many changes of dates we requested.Thank you

To be honest this place would get no stars! Our first time and would never waste the money again. Plates piled up on tables and don’t get cleared, television doesn’t work, some USB ports don’t work, hardly any food left over and if there was, looks like it’s been there forever and not very appetising. Wine glasses are like shot glasses and not a good range only Chardonnay. Lady at the bar didn’t acknowledge us or smile. I 100% would not recommend wasting any money on this place.

it's a very nice Lounge with lots of seating area. The glasses for the drinks could be bigger. The food is very nice but again the plates could be bigger. there is a wide variety of drinks you can have. They have Board scattered around the room that you can view the departure times. These seats are very comfy although some of the are very low and can hurt your back. Where are plug sockets and USB charging points around the room.
