Bengal Spice in North Somerset

Best takeaway in Clevedon! First time trying Bengal Spice and will definitely return. Everything we had was packed full of flavour. Reasonably priced. Ordered online which was very easy and food arrived the time it said it would.

Always use bengal spice, the foods always fresh and hot and flavour is bang on the money no matter what we order. Clevedons best.

Live in Clevedon and these guys are my go-to for Indian take away here. Always on time or early delivery and the food is great every time.

Absolutely fantastic food, so consistent and fresh! I’ve never eaten in and probably wouldn’t advise it due to the lack of decor, it is however bring your own booze jobby which is appealing. Best Indian of Clevedon without a doubt.

now eaten at every clevedon takeaway. This is by a distance the worst.thought i'd try a change to see if the remaining one was any good and Google reviews varied. The service was ok. But the food on getting it home was awful. A curdled or split Korma, a watery dhansak. The Bombay all I that was free was awful. The quality of curry was just awful, the time it took was long and the cost was among the most expensive. Naan and rice fairly tasteless but in fairness the bhaji was ok. Better in other places in clevedon but ok. And even they cant get poppadoms wrongIf I had to get a takeaway in clevedon it would be moguls. Great curry and cheap. Then bangla. Then red rose. If I was eating in, it would be any of those three... the only reason moguls above on takeaway is on price.I'm amazed at how far below the others this place is. I'll never be going here again. Really was shocking.

Quick service always come here especially on a Wednesday as there is a special 2 for 1 on mains. Would recommend and a free bombay potato side if you takeaway not sit in. Would call order in before collecting but by sitting in it is a wonderful atmosphere! Helpful and friendly staff are very welcoming no matter how little or much you order. One of my favourites!!

Ordered take away, received mouldy naan bread!!!! Both curries were very bland. Used to be a great curry house but will never be eating from here again.

The delivery driver went off with our change very quickly, and when I phoned up to ask if they could come back and give us back our money I received awful customer service. Ruined our meal and our evening. Would 100% not recomend this take away.

Only eaten here twice but has been excellent both times. The food tastes much more fresh, like it's been cooked from scratch, compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. Can't wait to go again.
