Botanik BBQ in North Somerset

Me and my partner ordered some food from this place. First of that, it took 1 hour to arrive in the conditions that the time was 1 AM and there was no traffic. Second, we didn't received 2 cans of Rio soda and a portion of large chips. Lastly, when we tried to call the restaurant the owner blocked my number or switched off his phone. This is the worst service I ever had with takeaway food, and I am not leaving many reviews on Google as well.

Very friendly, very dedicated delivery driver, the food is always good quality and staff are very polite. Ordered through uber eats and was very happy with the service provided.

Would give it a minus 10 stars if was a option. Placed order online took money from me. 3 hours later no food ring them they was rude. Food came it was cold wouldn't feed it to a dog. I will be going in to get a full refund disgusting how I was tested with my daughter.

Has gone down hill over the past 6 months or so, used to be best in weston, usually have a kofte and lamb shish, the lamb was inedible on the past 2 occasions just full of gristle, couldn't even chew it. Prices have gone up as well

I order a £20 plate ( bbq grill ) according to the cook the plate was made for 2 people , very disappointed when I received the order , it was a very small portion for the price, also one of the meat pieces was raw!! there were not plates to be served on , I would have preferred to pay a high street price and eat more comfortably, wouldn't recommend it at all , be very cautious when order big plates,

Horrible food . Extremely rude customer service.Order arrived late and burnt . Restaurant owner thinks I should be thankful that my order arrived!If you cannot manage ; why take orders ! And cook rubbish food ?Just looked at their Facebook page ; all their good reviews written by their own employee! How funny! Same person written the reviews and and promotes the business in the AD !If you want to waste your hard earned money and be treated like garbage; this is perfect takeaway for you . Otherwise please please AVOID !

Fantastic food. The chef is very friendly too. New review it has gone down hill. The food is no where as good as it used to be. The chef has gone and from the best kebabs in Weston it's now not very good at all. I had a burnt burger bun and burnt garlic bread. It's a shame I loved this place before.

Not bad. Food was flavourful but waited a good 20/30 minutes to prepare it as we waited in-store. Tried to charge me an obscene amount for a basic kebab. They quickly rectified their "mistake" with a little prompt.

Delicious food freshly cooked pizza and chicken cooked over the coals. Friendly staff. Can't ask for more! The Brit Bar opposite let us bring food in so enjoyed it while listening to live music. Was like being on holiday in Turkey.

I would like to preface this review by stating that we got the food as a delivery, and so understand that it takes time where the food could lose its quality. Though I would also like to say that we have had food delivered by other establishments which have not had any issue.Firstly, we ordered at 5.20 and the food was delivered at the time specified at 6.40 (which is at the longer end of a delivery time standard we have experienced of late).The food on arrival actually looked good as shown in the image but the quality was not up to the visual standard.The chips were warm enough to eat (just) but were that sort of tough rubbery chip you can get late at night from a takeaway on the way home from a night out... though when that happens you are plastered with alcohol and the chips are loaded with salt, which makes them okay (but this was not the case here)... here they were just rubbery.The nuggets with the chips were just as equally rubbery and when I started eating these the thought crossed my mind "I have had better chips and nuggets at MacDonalds" which should not be the case in my opinion.The sausage salad was alright but just that... alright. I would have expected the sausage to be a little warmer but maybe it is meant to be cold?... it was the better part of the meal funnily enough.All that said, the price was not expensive so maybe you get what you pay for but I would have expected a little better quality with the food, hence the 2 stars.
