Absolute rubbish, 20 minutes for cold, poor quality, breakfast, drinks 10 minutes later. Tables littered with previous diners empties. All for a disgusting price of 35 quid. Two people delivered to our table, didn't bother taking away any of the empties,. They should be ashamed of the quality, service and value! I will avoid in future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tipid warm breakfast.... cardboard bacon, anemic sausages, burn bottomed snotty topped eggs with a delivery made by souled drained staff member. Pint was nice and cold though. Sadly zero stars isn't an option nor was brown sauce.

It was really really busy and all of the staff were working very very hard. The customers were not over the moon at the wait time for the service and we ordered on the app and when we received our beers they were delivered with a smile and there was quicker than the expected waiting time. So overall a great experience. Well done

Irina was absolutely fabulous in accommodating our dietary requirements and coming up with a meal to suit Vegetarian coeliacs, no easy feat! Irina was so courteous and kind despite the bar being super busy with lots of people experiencing delayed flights. Very much appreciated. Thanks. Jane

Rubbish system. Sign says “Wait here to be seated” but there seems to be no one seating anyone at all, it’s a haphazard free for all. You can then wait at the bar, as I did, only to be told that you need a table number and you should have ordered on line. Delivery is promised within 15 minutes. The order came in 7 minutes for which I added a star.

I don't know if it used to be better but now it's just a no go. I had a burger and I wish I didn't have. The problem - and its more a review for the airport that there are no other options. Is this why this place still has guests?

Ordered a cheese and bacon beefburger and had them withhold the tomatoes and lettuce. The bun was hard, the burger very crispy and dry. I have had overpriced airport food, but these are the worst I have ever had. Wouldn't go back, never.

Mark at the bar was extremely friendly and our food arrived quickly, which was great as we were in a bit of a rush. It's quite expensive but understandable given its in an airport and choices are limited. Staff are amazing!

First time eating here and she to an early flight wanted some breakfast. Very good choice and quality of food. Staff very nice. The online app needs a option to remove things as I wanted a breakfast but don't like egg or tomato so had to have a sandwich instead.

If I could leave no stars, I would. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!This is one of thos times I knew it was a bad idea but I'm still stupid enough because I was hungry. £18 for this pathetic portion of food!!! Use my stupidity as a warning.Eat before you arrive.Edited to add, easiest complaint and refund ever. They must be used to it.
