Brunello Lounge in North Somerset

Very extensive gluten free menu, very impressive. Good food, nice staff, perfect for our day out.

Great tapas, avoid the squid. Just eating batter really. Fairly priced and quick service

Interesting and eclectic mix of paintings and mirrors on the walls. Open plan restaurant. The food..... really great.

So went here for a birthday meal. Wont be doing that again. Called to book a table bit was told there was no need to book as they didn't take bookings. Arrived just before 7pm was after7.30pm before we got seated. This is not disabled friendly and there are a couple of steps to go up to get in to the place.Drinks arrived quickly. Ordered Lemonade without ice which was luke warm flat and had no flavour whatsoever.Our meal order also arrived in good time. However, the fries were tasteless and cold. The chicken burger was dry over cooked and the only thing that had flavour was the bun and the bbq sauce. The hash browns in the burger may as well have been mashed potato as way too soft and just mush.What added to a rather underwhelming night was the man in the middle of the restaurant throwing up. He spent 10 minutes vomiting on himself and the table before the kind staff gave the people he was with a clear bin bag to vomit into. After a total of 20 minutes of this person being sick we decided to leave. I will not be going back

We were welcomed well, and seated. The ordering process is done on phone by scanning a QR code. Its great you can pay online. Tge service was quick once we had ordered. I am disappointed with the staff though. I saw staff handling finished plates and cutlery. Then taking someone else there food. Without washing or sanitising their hands. that's not hygienic at all. I don't think I'll bother going again.

The Brunello lounge is dog friendly, even allows you to take your pets inside!!!I only went in to meet a friend for coffee, but was welcomed warmly. The lovely waiter bringing a bowl of water and a couple of dog biscuits for my dog. If a bar can be that welcoming to both of us, definitely gets my vote, repeat custom and recommendations!!Well done Brunello lounge!

Big selection of food which is always good quality at a Lounge. It’s a big place with lots of helpful staff, but sometimes they all seem to disappear at once.Dogs are allowed but can end up in a barking match with each other.They have outdoor seating too which is great in the sun.

Great place, very relaxed, usual quirky decorations like so many lounges! We only wanted a hot drink and snacks, so we chose Tapas!

Another great visit to a "Lounge" pub restaurant. The gluten free menu has almost as much choice as the standard menu, and they do Vegan as well. Tasty food, good friendly staff and reasonable prices.
